I got my Fire Red Baleno Alpha Diesel on 23rd June 2017 and I am writing this review after 6days of driving.
Exterior I went for alpha model because I liked its DRLs and the chrome finishes. The exterior of the car is undoubtedly awesome.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Pros: Very Spacious... and comfortable. The Sound quality of the speakers (Comes with the car) is very very good. The top model comes with Suzuki Smart Play which will give you a premium feel.
Cons: Apple Carplay and MirrorLink is supported but no support for Android Auto... where IGNIS has this feature.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I am from Kolkata and I got a mileage of 23.2 kmpl (highest) in city during in a high-moderate traffic condition. Mostly it is varying between 21 - 23 kmpl.
It's very easy to get the best mileage because the car guides you to drive with the perfect gears.
Ride Quality & Handling
Pros: Handling is very good. The balance of the car is truly awesome. The steering is very smooth.
Cons: The suspension is not good. Although it is good for me, because I used to drive Chevrolet Beat and it's suspension is so good that it used touch the surface of the bumpers. But Maruti knows the indian roads, so I think they have made the suspension so firm.
Final Words GO FOR BALENO. I did a lot of research before going for Baleno and I found it the best in the current market of its segment.
Areas of improvement Support of Android Auto because most of the people use Android.
Awesome mileageSuspension is not up to the mark, No Android Auto support in the Infotainment SystemExterior/Styles

Exterior Exterior of this car is good and well designed. Looks are imressive.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interios and Features in Baleno is best in its class. After all comparisons Baleno does stands top in this department. This car is more of a Sedan when comes to space. Second row sitting has amazing leg space and 3 can sit with comforts.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is little noisy, Mileage is about 19 in heavy traffic (Still Good) and Gearbox is just ok. CVT is missing in Deisel variant.
Ride Quality & Handling Vehicle is too light, hence highway drive is not very good. Breaking is ok ok. Road grip on highways is on lower side. Max speed is 160, after that car looses its control.
Final Words Good Car for City Drive (everyday usage).
Areas of improvement Definately Body weight should be imrpoved. Rear Vent for AC is important.
A CVT variant in Diesel is demand of the day. These days all cars have Automatic and Triptonic transmission in Deisel variants, infact Swift has it. So, why not Baleno. These cars are meant for city drive and if Automatic isn't available then lot of market share is lost.
Features, Good Service, Space and Interiois, ComfortableToo Light, Engine Sound, Telescopic Headlights are good to see but not very usefull in BalenoExterior/Styles

Exterior Its a personal topic.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Leg Space is in plenty , Android Auto Plays Well, Speakers are really smmoth in ears,MID is informative, Highway Ride is steady, As its a hatch back backseats are not as comfortable as of a sedan(But Acceptable), Front seats are really good.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Its a low powered Engine but vehcile weight makes for it, Mileage is impressive because of low Power and lighter weight ( I got 23.5 kmpl on a trip to Kasauli with 5 seating, Luggage and AC on), Gear Box is not like a butter, Need to shift regularly at lower speeds to maintain torque.
Ride Quality & Handling Good on Highway , city ride is also composed but have to shift gears to maintain torque.
Final Words Go for Aplha-If projector and Android Auto Matters.
Go for Zeta- If Projector and Android Auto doesnt Matter.
Go for Delta-If basic features & basic interiors can do.
Go for Sigma- If want a car with good average & Space.
Areas of improvement NA.
