      Buying experience excellent. Drove the car nearly 27000 KM. Poor suspension. Looks of the car are really too good. Performance in terms of initial pick is poor. Service and maintainable is very fair. The body sheet used by Maruti is something more than very poor. It's tin only.

      I used baleno sigma petrol last 24 month. And I am satisfied with this car. I found one thing wrost in this car. Body is so low qulaity but there are all thing is good. I am satisfied with this car. One of thing my use is very limited. I drive 34000km last 2 year. So if you are limited km driver. I will suggest you that this car is better for you.

      Naye packet me Samana poorana Recently purchased a baleno delta petrol Maruti like always just fooling its customers with low quality plastic in interior and exterior. Specially the bumpers are the most frustrating part of its cars.

      They are like the inflated balloons with no support inside. Lastly I owned a Maruti Ritz vdi which I sold this year for a unfortunate decision to buy baleno. Same mistake repeated. In the spat of 6 years I kept ritz I spent thousands of rupees and a lot of time spent at mechanics and denters for bumper repairs.

      I don't know why they are selling it under NEXA Also I wanna point out that Maruti making a fortune by collecting money in the name of so called NEXA CARD that the dealers say it's a compulsory requirement. At last i would say maruti is not cheap n easily maintained car.

      Hi, With a feeling of being cheated and deceived, I write this review of my experience with your nexa showroom TR Sawhney Nexa Showroom, Greenpark. Your saleas executy was pushing us too much to buy the car as a soon as possible as the increase in the price of Baleno was imminent. However, in hindsight, we feel cheated when we got the number plates yesterday.

      We have a valid reason to be felt so. A dear friend and we had bought cars almost together from the same showroom through the same salesperson. However, we noticed that in case of our friend, who bought Ignis, on the top of the prevailing August offer and corporate discount, got around 15 per cent additional discount on the extended warranty. In front of my eyes my friend was given discount on his extended warranty and when I demanded for the same I was told lie that no discount was given to my friend.

      Upon enquiring my friend I got to know that he was given discount. Moreover, our friend was given HSRP number plate with frame for free. We were lied by the salesperson about these things and charged for the same. We realised all this when we saw that our friend was given HSRP and frame for free whereas we were charged for the same. The salesperson told us in the beginning that since Baleno is their top selling car nexa cannot give us any discount, but since we had a 'reference' of our friend he offered to give us a discount of INR 5000, which we were getting at other showrooms as well without any reference.

      So basically they did not do us any favour. During the delivery also the emphasis was more on super-quick delivery than on proper pre-delivery inspection and handover. We had referred two of my relatives, who were keen to book Baleno in Septmeber, to this showroom, but I am strictly going to tell all my friends, relatives and people in social network to not to go to TR Sawhney Nexa Showroom as we don't want them to be cheated as well. I have lost trust not only in TR Sawhney but to some extent in Maruti as well. I am going to paste my review everywhere possible and complaint with the higher authorities as well.

      The car looks attractive but to drive, interior quality is poor, high engine npise. Suzuki had mentioned about having improved the suspension, but I don't think of that they have made any change. The doors have started creeking within 4 months . The turning radius is high, my pajero has much better turning radius! It's waste of money buying a baleno .

      It has sold so many cars but service is pathetic. Exactly after 1 week of Servicing car broke down in a trip where they are unable to cater me and demanded a huge amount to repair just after 9 month of purchase of Baleno Delta petrol version. Back pain due to uncomfortable seating. Clutch plate has gone in a period of 9 months only.

      Experience was great right from when i went to buy the car to the time when i hit the road. Being a long player in the automobiles, maruti suzuki has so much improved in the segment that it leaves very little to complain with. Being in the nexa, the buying experience was amazing. There were ipads and tv's for the customer to visualize the car on sale. Relationship Managers appeared much more professional and trained as compared to a normal showroom. They cleared all my doubts and catered all the needs. They also cooperated very well in financing the deal. After a month, i received the car. Engine's performance was perfect given maruti suzuki's spotless track record in producing high performance, low maintenance legacy engine. Look wise baleno seems to be a car which is neither a hatchback nor a sedan,rather it lies somewhere in between. It has a protruding butt kind of a back, which gives you additional trunk space. I liked the new designs in the front and the rear lights which gives it a sharp aggressive look. Interior seems classy yet sporty at the same time. Mileage is better than most of the cars in the same segment such as i20, nexon etc. Servicing and maintenance has always been one of the strongest feature of maruti suzuki's cars. Its a fact they requires less maintenance and are easily maintainable. Being in the nexa segment, the car comes with ABS and dual air bags. Top model also has keyless entry push start system. But still, as no car is perfect, There is still one thing which according to me this beautiful machine lacks. The material or metal used at some places such as front and rear bumpers is not that strong and gets dented very easily. This is the only point. If maruti suzuki improves upon on this, i am sure there will be no competition on the market.

      Hello all i am gonna write this review after Got it 4 months ago and after 9000 driving stil getting avg of 18 only.and the build qlty is very cheap got scratch and dent very easly.good thing is AC cooling is very fast driving comfert is good.sorry for my english if anything is wrong??.ll update after 3rd service if any changes comes.

      My purchasing experiance had been great, until the car had a good number of faults:

      1. the fuel lid wouldnt open before 20 attempts.

      2. the brake started to give trouble post 6 months till date.

      3. there was water seeping in, inside the cars without any damage to the car and the engineers couldnt figure out from where the looks of the car is good to the price they offer. the average is decent for the car, customers reach out to maruti for its average but this time, the average in these cars are fairly decent 11.5 to be precise. The service and maintenance is nearly pathetic with the service advisers and engineers having desperate lack of knowledge and failing miserably to customer needs and satisfaction. PLEASE HAVE THEM TRAINED WITH ALL THE MINUTE DETAILS AND TECHNICALITIES. the advisor's are highly ignorant.

      Pros the car has great comfort and is extremely smooth to drive cons poor suspension decent average extremely light weight.

      car is good and performing nice with 19.2 p/km average. i am not happy with service team. they change brake disc in both 10 k and 20k service which seems good , but i don't know how to check i think service cost is quite expensive as both time they charged 6 k and 7.9 k respectively , which i think too much. interior quality is also not very good. brakes makes noise on sudden press
