Not so plush xuv

I have switched from maruti ciaz to mahindra xuv 500 . Buying experience at nexa is far superior when compared to mahindra . Talking about the ride when the car is fully occupied the ride becomes smooth and stable whereas if there are less occupants the ride is a bit too bouncy for my liking . The gear shift is a bit too rubbery . The main pros of xuv is the looks and the road presence
