Car is very smooth and amazing feel to drive this car. All functions and system is new and upgraded to another car. I like to drive this car and available to best cost to another car to same features.

Good car for these era and new generation car with hold whole ev sector, experience is good while driving, the car looks were amazing, service is also good, pros and cons also good to me.

Cons: very bad navigation system, it has some Mapple software which does not work properly,it does not support Android due to which we are unable to use Google map Pros: excellent driving experience The buying experience was good Exterior is okay and needs to be updated, but the interiors are very good.

My car was delivered on 16 April 23. Service of the car was Done on 5 May 23.On 11 May 23, in less than a month car broke down. Despite repeated complaints, I am given another number to call.A person came but said to tow the car to workshop. Thereafter next day another person came with a laptop and started the car at the same time I was getting calls from a tow car company also. There was no coordination between various Mahindra team.Approx 25-30 exchange phone calls for one issue it is literally harassment all teams giving different instructions and asking to coordinate with the other. On 13 may 23 someone with a laptop came and said software issue and the car started. The car is always at risk to stop at any time. Now I am being told to call the roadside assistance and get the car towed to the service center as it may stop anytime.There is no certainty of the car working and it is a faulty car. Service response is extremely poor. Please investigate and look into the detail of the issue.

Within 5 months down came in ac. Very worst service and support from the Mahindra side. A very casual approach to attend warranty. No analysis from Mahindra's side if any breakdown came during the warranty period. Very casual approach.

Here, I am a purchaser of Mahindra XUV 4OO, We bought the top model for a maximum range of kms, the company claims 456 kms but the real total range is only 260-280 kms, this is unfair to customers, Company should give at least 350 kms fairly

I have not Mahindra 400 I just watch it. it's a great experience to see it and I like it and want to buy it. I like its mileage and interior it's an amazing car I like Mahindra Motors and I have had Mahindra Xylo last 12 years. Driving Mahindra is a great experience for me but my dream is to buy Ev so I want to purchase Xuv 400.

Very good experience to know about this car.. Indian brand car is very good and I prefer to buy this car. Brand our India made cars and buy an electric car to save our environment.

I purchased this car on 23 August 2023 and it's the worst decision of, my life please don't buy this car if you buy you will suffer and regret the whole of your life like me. I can tell you 50 reasons why not to buy this car.
