Befooling buyers

Facing worst experience. Booked XUV W6 on 31/3/19 with Koncept automobile Safdarjung Enclave and was promised for delivery by 15/4/19 now three times they changed delivery date and as on today they are not giving actual date of delivery and befooling me with lame excuses. They also be fooled me on price. Initially I was given different price but after payment of booking amount they turned back. Worst marketting strategy made me to believe that they are playing fraud with me. I wrote mail to all concern but not get any answer till now.
