    PURCHASE:

    DRIVING:
    Few hundred kilometers

    Exterior Good.

    Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) BAd quality start making vibration in less then 2000 km driven.

    Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Under powered. cranking sound, jerks very bad product.

    Ride Quality & Handling 3 stars.

    Final Words Suffer if you buy.

    Areas of improvement Its one of the bad product of mahindra, right now the new vehicle they are doing testing on customer vehicle, please do not by you will suffer and the response level is very bad.

    The delear INDIA GARAGE, is pathetic no response nor they know whats happening on my car after taking for service, the beg for good review on them rather then earning it.

    Below is the reply from mahindra :

    My sincere regret for the inconvenience, it is very unfortunate that you had to go through such kind of experience which is not usual with Mahindra Customers.

    As apprised you, dealer technical team inspected the vehicle & cleared the system fault code, during team trial said concern could not be reproduced. Since this is an unusual incident happened in such a short span after delivery, we are involving M&M expert team to inspect vehicle, kindly request you to bear with us till such time.

    Also as discussed, marking a copy of this mail to Mr Hameed AGM service India garage who will connect you to arrange a vehicle for your mobility.

    We do not see any persistent issue in the vehicle. We are taking all due care to address the apprehensions raised by you. We once again regret to inform you about our inability to meet up your expectation of replacement of vehicle or refunding the money. I hope you will understand the rationale behind the decision which also in accordance to the industry practice.  

    We request your kind consideration to provide us the opportunity to serve & delight you.
