      This study was aimed at measuring skill and safety-motive dimensions in drivers' self-assessments of their driving abilities and at investigating correlations among three driving inventories and six general personality measures. The questionnaires were completed by 113 students with a driver's licence. The orthogonal model with the skill and safety-motive factors explained 35% of the variance in the questionnaire based on the work of Spolander (Drivers' Assessment of Their Own Driving Ability, 1983) and Hatakka, Keskinen, Katila and Laapotti (International Conference on Traffic Safety, 1991). Multiple regression analysis showed driving experience to be a significant predictor of safety and skill-oriented driving, so that with driving experience drivers assess themselves as more fluent in handling the car, but lower in safety aspects of driving. The safety-motive scale had only weak correlations with driving-specific or personality measures except the Lie-scale of the EPQ, which suggests that.

      Top class driving experience looks is so good with excellent power and smooth performance. Maintenance not high ,Interior design so cool and pretty. Cons- Top speed only 180 km/h.

      It is a best car in my life. I salute Mahindra for this car. The Mahindra has make a great family car, dashing ,and attractive classic car for the middle class people who's budget is from 10 to 15 lakhs which they afford on loan and EMI.       It's a very good car overall. Riding experience is so good. It's my 2nd car drive after alto and felt why it worth more than double of it. Power feels on your legs and a very good off-road experience as well.

    • Need 5 Door version

      I want to have five door version of the Thar. to enjoy with my family and explore my adventure. I love this car styling and performance. especially 4x4 capability with Manual Transmission. Just awesome. I'm eagerly awaiting for 5 door version at least for 5 seater. Just a few changes. 1. Tail gate and the Rear wind shield could have been better. 2. Tail gate lamp could have been embedded it would hurt if someone accidentally hits. 3. Few more speakers to enjoy jolly ride. 4. a bit more fluid touch screen.
