Poor Gear system and seat belt.

Horrible rolling & poor shock action when driving on bumpy roads giving me a backache, I have tried in vain to get this addressed. The poor shock action started after my 1st service.

The gear shift is very hard and is causing me pain in my wrist due to the poor design of the gear shift (very hard). To top it the seat belt (all 4) is very short and difficult to cling on if you are slightly on the heavier side (which most folks normally are). I had taken this up with the Mahendra folks and they refused to address this even when I indicated that you can charge me for the longer seat belt. I was told this is the way the design is featured.

The milage has never mattered to me so would not like to comment on this. This car is best suited for being used as a taxi and not a family car.
