Good car but very poor service arrangement at frontier Kia. Service advisors are not trained properly. Service reminds me of earlier days. If Kia does not improve service they will kill a good product. Service centre is in total mess. No proper entry or exit they are putting our new cars at risk. Service centre is located inside industrial area so at the time of dropping car I asked for drop to main road. They said no driver has come and it was 10 A.M !
I was promised the car back at 12.30, ,service advisor called me to collect it and I reached at 2.20 P.M car but was not ready. No proper cleaning from inside or outside. What they do on the engine side, od knows!
