I was super excited about this car but I am canceling my pre-book. Extremely high price point. Rather buy a Toyota Hycross than buy this. Extremely high hike in price point. I think the major negative move by Kia. Disappointed with Kia’s strategy. Had high hopes for this car

I am a carnival user for the 2020 model. Was a value-added feature & comfort for its price point in comparison to the other 7-seater. But now double the price in just 4 years is too high. May a hike of 10 to 25% good for better volume. Though it's the same power train used. After govt clarity on the bs7 due date, they should localize it and add a hybrid version to its portfolio, to add more volume for its success.

Following an extended three-year period of anticipation for the release of this vehicle, the disclosed pricing structure deviated from my initial projections. My preliminary assessment had indicated a range between 52 and 55 lakhs. To maintain the legacy of this vehicle, we may consider meeting in the future to discuss this matter further.

The car looks good and has a nice road presence but anyone would choose a Mercedes or BMW at this price range. KIA has done an unpredictable price hype at this one, also the car provides a bad mileage of 8 to 11 in the city and 11 to 12.5 on highways and long runs.

The pricing strategy for the Kia Carnival seems off. The target customer base for this segment is quite limited, and most buyers in this range tend to opt for luxury MUVs from brands like BMW or Mercedes. A more competitive price point would have been in the ₹50-60 lakh range. As it stands, this could lead to a poor market reception.

No Value for Money. It's like kidding us. For this type of car, we can give a maximum of 45 lakhs on road price. Even though the exterior styling is appealing. The interior is still old & outdated. I still didn't understand what this car was trying to say to us in a huge price tag. Space is too much inside. We expected a good engine upgrade & waiting for the new generation carnival but they made us sad. Will try for a better option of value for money.
