Very bad dealership experience

Kia dealership experience is horrible. I requested the test drive since last 7 days but sales person not arranged the same. Sales representative is not polite to understand & resolve queries asked. The attitude from dealership seems to be not to show interest in customers. Looking at this experience i have decided to leave kia & to go with maruti.

Xl 6 , Ertiga, Compare With Carens I Have Purchased Prestige 1.4 T Petrol Manual I Can Feel Comfort , Last Row Recline, And Road Presence, Specially Luggage Space Superb , Fuel Mileage is also good Finally Value For Money.

Really good vehicle

Really good vehicle and space is the best in the segment. If you have a budget upto 11 lakh then you can prefer Carens over any other vehicles (10 robust safety features and really good space along with new exterior design). We can install Infotainment system along with reverse camera and central locking from the decors and then the vehicle is complete package.

Received the car after approx. 3 months of waiting.. Riding and Built quality is below average.. Expected better ride quality and also expected good build quality for almost 22lakh car. Looks are unique and different but not head turning or eye catching. 1.5 diesel feels under power but does the job. Mileage is good on highways. Kia must done customer satisfaction/ feedback survey frequently.

Good to buy. Could be a dream car for a middle class

Its a great family car

Its a perfect family car and not for a racing. Engine is slightly under powered, felt specially on hilly terrain. Cabin space is very good. Speaker voice is almost not audible in 3rd row.

Excellent features with great mileage One should prefer this car. Superb exterior with seven seating capacity. Ac is good with mild cooling system. Parking sensor is also available for parking.

kia carens car looks very beautiful and its mileage is also very good i have seen this car driving 5000 kms, if you drive this car under 80 then you get a good average and if you go above 100 then the average becomes less like this Works well too, the space in the car is very good feel. Everyone should try this car and take the family for a long drive.

Such a amazing car Kia made six out of ten people will definitely see and ask which car is this. Driving experience is extremely smooth i.e, staring is very smooth. design is extremely nice. performance is good. Buying part of Kia highly prized not value for money and Kia service also. And no any cons about the Kia Carens it is balanced car for all seven seater buyer's.
