Real SUV for the money I spend. Good control on long drives. Perfect family car. Best for kids enjoying the last seat. Have all required in a SUV. No need to spend another 7-8 laks on competitor SUVs. Best fuel economy of the class. Double compressor A/C and shock absorber are the best in this kind.

Excellent car , I was bit confused while purchasing isuzu mux. But at last I made confidence in brand and finalised this suv. Now driven few thousand kms. Now I can say that I had made best decision, it is real suv with great control . As you speed up , your road grip enhances , also very comfortable and relaxing. Functions are ok as per requirement, I can say this suv is worth the money you spend and should have confidence in brand. No need to spend 7-8 lac extra on competition brands. Service cost is very competitive, only rs 7000 after 20000km.

I purchased MUX 4X4 from Krishna Automobiles, Purchase experience was very pleasant and the staff was very helpful. especially PushJit Sing. SUV is very refined, I took many test drives of Toyota Fortuner and Endeavour, but never felt like owning Fortuner as it had very BUMPY ride and on the back seat one is always uncomfortable even on slow speeds. You can feel the road bumps. Endeavour ride and handling was much better but being FORD product was not sure about the reliability and maintenance factor. Finally zeroed down on MUX as this has much better handling and ride quality than both. Moreover Isuzu being very known brand outside india and the maintenance is very cheap for the truck. The ride is Plush and people on the back seat are very comfortable and never complaint about the bumps and roll over. I would recommend this SUV to any one without second thought.

I had spent 6 months struggling to get a right car for me. This car is a gift for my struggle, straight away striking the eyes of the onlooker never gave me a doubt about my choice. Handling is smooth and offroading the best. However, hill drive isn't thrilling and the rumble in the 1st gear is annoying. Waiting for the 1st service, have to check how they perform.

I have purchased new car but driven only 4 month and rest 2 and half month kept in mahaveer workshop. It had huge technical issues in streeing but their team is not capable to rectify the issue in 2and half months time. Very poor customer support from Isuzu company and as well mahaveer . Before buying ole thing twice it is our hard earning money guys.

Well packed spacious interiors, suspension quite good, steering is responsive, excellent control on hilly roads and rough patches,good customer service, should improve more on engine noise and refinement,overall solid package and excellent road presence, ergonomically very well designed, excellent for long journey and at the same time quite good and manuverabl e in city traffic also
