1)Buying experience was good but not great because the showroom people promised floor mats but they provided cheap quality mats and they said they'll give leather seat covers but they gave rexine seat covers. 2) driver experience is awesome for driver and front seat passenger. It is uncomfortable for back seat passengers as there is less legroom and if you are more than 6 feet your head will hit the car roof and also rear suspension is stiff. 3)when it comes to performance and looks this is the best segment and it gives you the best in class mileage and when compared to other cars the servicing is very cheap and even the mileage aspect is also very nice it gives like around 12 km per litre in the city and around 19 km per litre on the highway. 4)the process that design is beautiful it looks like and iron class and also the writing is pretty good and the cabin experience is very wonderful for the driver and passenger the abs anybody works awesomely.

Worst car I ever bought. I bought a top end Diesel variat. Very poor breaking power. Very low reliability. Worst service done by Hyundai. The interior parts started making noise after 1200 km. And service provider can't find solutions for the problem. The initial pickup was very down after few kilometres. I have a Honda city also. But Honda is very far better than Hyundai. I strongly recommend Honda.

Buying experience is not so good have to move to other dealers riding experience is good as a cvt still feels gear lag like it jerks while i throttle looks superb can also give white led lights performance is fantastic except mileage i.e 7-8 kmpl in city and 15-18 on highways Pros:-Ventilated seats , smart boot, sun roof Cons:- Mileage, seat cover quality not as expected , ride quality could be improved

Smuth riding and performance is too good I took my car for long drive it's awesome ride ....i opened sunroof when I'm driving it's look like awesome........ Service is also good....

The verna is best sedan car ....more features,no roll on , sunroof for enjoying....and it looks phenomenon in Phantom Black colour.. the comfort seats ... And it stabilize at higher speed the torque output is great ,,,,it kicks in a pant...

Excellent driving experience and wonderful comfort for driver. Powerful engine with less noise. Comfortable seating with cooling ventilation for first row. Nominal maintenance with good performance.

First of all this is the only car which have ventilated seats and the riding quality is amazing it's like a rocket in the road it attracts a lot of people servicing is not soo much appropriately 5000rs every one envy whenever they see u driving a verna the most favorite thing is stereo of verna omg just love it.

new gen verna 1.6 D AT is worst car i bought in last 2018 engine knocking is very high between 1k_- 2k rpm and this is irritating noise n same noise is precise into cabin i m very much disappointed when i saw same complaint available on googel n company is not responding must be i did a wrong purchase this is worst

So being honest, I was looking at 3 cars, Ciaz, City and Verna. Considering that I wanted a diesel automatic, Had to go with the verna, It is loaded with tons of features and a plush interior. Bought it from Hyundai moti nagar and their service was just outstanding. The ride of the car is brilliant, The torque converter by hyundai is just the best. The cars looks grabbed me in the first place, It looks amazing in first person. The car is very powerful, considering I have the automatic, It just pulls when you accelerate. Currently judt drove it 1100 kms but I have heard the service is fantastic considering I have the previous gen 4S fluidic verna too. Pros - Good engine, Ventilated seats come in handy,. Cons - The rear seats are not really for people above 5.5 feet of height. The headroom is not that good
