Faulty engine gets a replacement

Have driven this for 10900kms. Right from the beginning I had issues with this car. I have been a regular Hyundai customer since Getz till Eon. So I bought this in Nov 17. When I started using this,it all started with steering issue which was blamed on me for changing the car Tyres. Absolutely I was hopeless after hearing this. And then air conditioner. It was cleaned. Then came our hero s entry the engine itself. It was totally gone and compression test proved it right. The engine was defective and I had already done 9500kms. After a lot of inspections and waste of my time finally got the engine replaced. But still the mileage in city is only 11km/lt. And coming to the compensation part, till now nothing has been done for my travel for almost 10000kms in this faulty engine. Spends on fuel no consideration. And replacing the faulty engine is spoken high but no realisation of delivering a faulty product and no consideration for the customer.
