      Exterior Good

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is good enough. music system replaced though with a week of purchase due to manufacturing defect.

      Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel economy of automatic is very poor. my automatic verna petrol gives me 7kmpl.

      Ride Quality & Handling Handling is smooth but too prone to problems.

      Final Words I m very unsatisfied by this car. its only been 6 months and my car has undergone extensive repairs(both rear suspensions replaced and music system replaced, now rear brakes are giving issues.). and the car has only been driven 3000kms. used sparingly only on sundays and special occasions.

      Areas of improvement Very bad customer service from hyundai. feels like once they have sold their car they do not care about the customers anymore. I have got weird responses from the service centre for my problems like brakes went bad because of water getting into it. and do not use hand brakes while parked. suspensions went bad because of pothles and speedbreakers.  these were some of the stupid replies or excuses given to me for my problems. since the time I have purchased this car I have been sending it to service centre every month for repairs of one or the other parts.

      I would strongly advice everyone to not buy hyundai cars as their after service is very bad.

      I got stuck with this car. 12 lacs got wasted. please people beware. think twice before buying from hyundai.

      It only looks good.Bad customer service. bad quality of the vehicle.

      The car has not asked for a lot of maintenance, though the service has not been exactly cheap. The engine is very responsive and with time, has become even better. The car is smooth to drive and even soaks up uneven roads well. On long drives, the seats are very comfortable and the AC also works very well. But the space inside the car sometimes feels less. The legroom for my tall friends, in the back seat is a little less and the headroom becomes an issue. The steering is light and is great for city driving but at high speeds, you have to drive carefully. The quality of materials used in the car is good and the cabin feels and looks premium. Talking about the mileage, the car delivers around 15 kmpl in city driving. If you maintain the car and drive it nicely, it never creates any problem and the servicing is also very standard. The low ground clearance of the car becomes an issue as soon as the roads end. Even on some of the speed bump, the bottom of the car is touched. While parking in malls, one has to be very careful as the sudden slopes and turns also make the car touch the ground. But other than that, I am really impressed with the car and it has never let me down, be in performance, comfort or looks, the car is amazing and I love it.

      Buying experience: I was excellent it is good car. This car is fir for all middle families
      Riding experience: I was supob when I rided in it then i feel so luxury
      Details about looks, performance etc: I is a luxury car. It have all facilities like audi????
      Servicing and maintenance: Servicing is very good milage is also great this car performance is very good
      Pros and Cons: I love this car very much it is fit for me it is in my budget

      Best car. Comfortable car. Isme jane me aasani rahti jyada dikkat nhi aati .ise chlane me mja aa jata hai isme jyada door ki driving karne me jyada dikkat nhi aati isliye mujhe ye car psand hai

      Verna is a very specious and very luxurious looking car and with great price. It’s headlights and exterior looks like a very luxurious car. At last I would say, IT IS ONE OF THE BEST CARS OF 2019.
