Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is good enough. music system replaced though with a week of purchase due to manufacturing defect.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel economy of automatic is very poor. my automatic verna petrol gives me 7kmpl.
Ride Quality & Handling Handling is smooth but too prone to problems.
Final Words I m very unsatisfied by this car. its only been 6 months and my car has undergone extensive repairs(both rear suspensions replaced and music system replaced, now rear brakes are giving issues.). and the car has only been driven 3000kms. used sparingly only on sundays and special occasions.
Areas of improvement Very bad customer service from hyundai. feels like once they have sold their car they do not care about the customers anymore. I have got weird responses from the service centre for my problems like brakes went bad because of water getting into it. and do not use hand brakes while parked. suspensions went bad because of pothles and speedbreakers. these were some of the stupid replies or excuses given to me for my problems. since the time I have purchased this car I have been sending it to service centre every month for repairs of one or the other parts.
I would strongly advice everyone to not buy hyundai cars as their after service is very bad.
I got stuck with this car. 12 lacs got wasted. please people beware. think twice before buying from hyundai.
