Exterior
Good
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Cramped rear seats , Feature wise car is best in its class
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Excellent engine , very refined , Fuel economy is good but not as advertised.
Ride Quality & Handling
Worst in segment.its hard to control steering at higher speeds. they just cant tune the suspension and steering.
Final Words
Its family friend owned car , i had suggested verna to one of my family friend and now they curse me for suspension issues . i always thought hyundai build quality is better BUT not sure why with fludic verna its something diffrent, if you held verna's bonnet , it will feel heavy but simple bonnect touch accident crakcs the bumper :-(.
With no honda city diesel option at that time i think vento/rapid was better bet , its better to compromise of after sales service than on product quality OR taking buying decision on "resale" value.
If you want driving dynamics go for vento OR rapid , if you want something inbetween got for honda city diesel( not as enjoyable as german but not as bad as korean steering ) .
Plesase dont base your decisions on sales figure , do test drive and pickup what you like
