Dream comes true...

In October, 2009, we planned to buy a car for home purpose and visited various showrooms nearby to check out the suitable car for us. And, after much research, we had finalised Hyundai Santro Xing GLS Petrol. With my car I have visited various places like from my hometown Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh) to Katra (J&K) with 4 + 1 and I had driven up to 140 speed on highway and it was purely smooth driving. The pick up is good and there is no body-roll in the car. We also aligned our car wheels after 4 years of ownership and changed them too to that of Michelin for better riding quality. The size of boot space is decent for 2-3 small bags to occupy. Interior and exterior were impressive and up to mark in that era. It is an original Korean silhouette styling. The rear spoiler puts icing on the cake and it comes standard in the car. The car is equipped with 1.1 L engine which produces maximum output of 1086 cc and the engine is quite good for a hatch. Even the 2018 Santro does equip with same 1.1 L engine. We got an average of 15-16 km/l on highway. I always use to do the service at Hyundai authorised service centre and overall service and maintenance were satisfactory. The service in Sanmati Hyundai Showroom in Muzaffarnagar is fast, quick and awesome. Only the main problem I face in reverse gear and once it comes in pits gear comes automatically in neutral mode. And, the biggest pron which I believe is Its performance on roads. I mean it tackles the road conditions very well for such a small hatch and the performance on roads is good and it also does get a quick but quite pace during overtakes. At last but not the least, I would like to say that it is value for money with all the bells and whistles you can expect in this price range.
