Clutch Failure.

I bought this vehicle when 4WD version was out of production in India. They just newly launched All new Santafe Model without4WD options. As a enthusiast car driver I wanted only manual driven so I went for it. After clogging 42000 kms , I found out that clutch was worn out, so Hundai dealer said without inspection of the car to replace the said part. In just 42000, couldn't believe it.usually this part is well preformed up to 100000/1200000 kms. Cost comes Heavy around 40000 INR. And of course it is not covered in warranty by any Insurance Company. I have 25 Years of driving experience but clutch failure didn't occurred in those years.Companies reason is bad driving habits. Just can't believe.
