    If you are in Bangalore and planning to buy Next Gen i20,my suggestion is to avoid Trident Hyundai,Sankey Road. They have given all false committments and  the car was delivered during the first week of May, without fuse for the wipers and in a very shabby and dirty condition. Foot mats provided do not suit NextGen i20. Car was delivered without the manual and the two year warranty. Seat covers were not available and they were deliberately suggesting non Hyundai supplied seat covers saying that they will be Ok for the new car. They have recommended a particular Sun film saying it is approved by RTO, collecting Rs3500 for it. Later on ,over phone they have refused to give it in writing saying that they are absolutely not responsible and if I am interested, they can remove the same at a price.  Foot mats were the only item I have received as complimentary and they have a given wrong supply. Now they say that mats for Next Gen are available and if I want, I can  buy the right ones now. I was not offered a single rupee discount for this car, but it was delivered with wrong suppies and short supplies for which they have absolutely no regrets.

    Though the car is really good and I have no regrets for selecting this car, I have deep apprehensions  about depending on Trident Hyundai for future servicing and parts supply.

    Areas of improvement  

    Hyundai should focus on Customer requirements and improve on dealer -customer relations.

    I am surprised that Hyundai as a company do not have the responsibility of making the manual available with the car when it is delivered.
