Exterior Good no problem.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Acceptable.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Bad in this field even after reporting poor mileage nothing has been done it is still giving 10km/l at out skirts of Lucknow roads. Egine vibration are prominent with AC . Vibrations are less if engine is running between 1500 to 2000 RPM leveled road . Resulting in poor fuel economy.

Ride Quality & Handling Power Stearing wheel is bit hard comparing to other vehicles under same segment.

Final Words Even their Santro model is better in econoy as well as engine power.

Areas of improvement Some thing is to be done regarding engine vibration and fuel economy even if it calls for recall of vehicle to save their reputation. They should not have given false information about its mileage. At the time of purchase I was told about 14km/l on lucknow roads arround my residence.

After 1 year of researching, it boiled down to Ritz, i10 & Beat. Beat is good but pretty cramped & not suitable for families. Ritz was a tough contender. Has a great engine but not match to i10 when it comes to over all quality. So finally I bought my i10 and its been close to 1.5 yrs.

Exterior Pretty decent. The latest i10 has stunning looks.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excellent. Best in class. Space is amazing. One cannot believe how Hyundai was able to provide so much space in such a little car. Comfort is pretty good too, even for the rear passengers.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is amazing. It's peppy & very smooth. You'll not even notice when you crossed 90 kmph, as there's no noise. With AC off, it's so punchy that you feel as if you can race anyone on the road. Initially it was giving me around 10-11 kmpl. But after 1 yr of driving, now it has started giving me 12-13 kmpl on Hyderabad roads, with AC on almost always. That's a pretty good mileage. Gearbox is decent. Looks very different and stylish. Performs well. Particularly gears from 2 -> 3 -> 4 goes like a breeze.

Ride Quality & Handling Very good ride quality and handling is effortless. Steering is so light that I sometimes steer only with one finger. If it had a 14 inch wheel radius, that would have added more stability to the car in bad bumpy roads. Otherwise, ride quality is not all that bad.

Final Words Look no further. At 5L price range, I bet there is no better car than i10.

Areas of improvement No Alloy wheels (though you can always customize). 14 inch wheels will greatly improve the ride quality of the car on bad roads.

Exterior Take any hyundai car and its exterior is excellent same is with i-10, excellent fit and finish, colour quality, qaulity parts-- compare this with Maruti--Maruti car loose shine after few months.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very well designed interiors with top end plastic quality ( Maruti cars look cheap before this).

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is peppy and fast. fuel economy depends on how you drive and use of AC bUT IT GIVES AVERAGE ABOVE 15. and on highways it touches 17kmpl. which is rather best if you campare with Maruti cars.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality need to be improved if you are driving on highway. Tyres should be more wider and suspension should be of hi-end quality to give maximum comfort. need improvement in electric stearing as it looses feedback on high speed.

Final Words i-10 is a great car to drive on city and on highways as well with speedlimit of 70-80 km per hour. This gives you very good fuel economy an great ride. New users please run it for 500km and change the oil. Use hi-quality oil and then see the result, performance will be way above Maruti cars.

Areas of improvement Requires good suspension and need wider tyres. Alloy wheels are welcome, buy ABS version.

Powerful engine, great interior, fit and finishNothing as such

 

Our family owns 8 cars at present & we've owned most succesful compact cars like santro, indica, wagon -r, swift & now I-10. we've owned 2-3 models of each of the above cars. we've also had honda city zx & corolla. of all the mid-segmnt cars, we've felt santro very was best so far. indica had lots of maintainance costs & broke down quite oftn. swift guzzles up petrol like a army tank. wagon-r has little better fuel efficiency than santro but is very cramped for space & lacked driving pleasure with poor gear transmission. whereas santro had good space, powerful manoevuring for gd driving pleasure & a satisfactory fuel economy.

With I-10, evrythg's improved, the interiors r in class of big sedans, the new power steering & gear transmissn are just a little behind the honda's & corolla's. the car is spacious enf  for 5 person to sit comfortably evn whn the front seats r fully stretched back. the new engine is very smooth & noiseless. the ERA model has cost me 4,17,191 on road in ahmedabad. i got a loan for 3 lakhs for 3 yrs with 36 EMI of 9480 from HDFC being a preferred customer & an additional discount of 2000 for bookg thru them. i took 32% premium discount in insurance & 1500 voluntary discount for letting go claims below rs 5000. tht way the car cost me 4.59 lakhs with interest, process fees, insurace & RTO, without any accessories.

we've felt santro very was best so far. indica had lots of maintainance costs & broke down quite oftfuel economy and sheet space

Exterior Good looking, would not bought it I didn't like it of course.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Enough space for 4 people, but if there is 5 people it is not so comfortable to drive in the back.I am 183 cm toll and there is no problem at the driver seat, and if i were even 10 cm toller it woud still not be a problem.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performanse is beter then I expected, it's great (for 1.1 motor of course), and you can deffinetly drive it on the open roud with no problem). Fuel economy: about 7l/100 km in the city and about 4.7(100 km/h)/5.3 (above 130 km/h) on the open roud depending of how you drive it.

Ride Quality & Handling Great,very fun to drive.

Final Words Except the craking sound in the gearbox(that is iritating) everything else is great and working just fine-for now :).

Areas of improvement Perhapse they could use a little better plastic in the console bbut exapt that I have no complain to make. Next year my brother is buying a car and it will definitly be Hyundai i20 or Hyundai i10.

 performance little laging 80ps power is laging,i got avge 17.9 kmpl economy,i ride my car avarage 60 km/h perfect geer shifting and aviod unusal geer shifting  ,cable type geer box shifing is very smooth, and feel good

Exterior SUPERB CANT BE COMPARED TO ANYONE NO OTHER RIVAL I CAN SEE WITH WHOM IT CAN BE COMPARED .

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) SUPERB FINISHING WITH HIGH QUALITY OF MATERIAL AND COMFORT U CAN ACTUALLY FEEL I DINT LIKE THEIRS MUSIC SYSTEM IT LOOKS SHABBY ON DASHBOARD AND QUITE EXPENSIVE UNLESS UR MODEL IS ABOVE SPORTZ.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox GOOD EXCEPT MILAAGE COMPARED TO WAGON R MY OLD CAR IAM VERY HAPPY TO HAVE MY I 10 IT IS FAR AHEAD WITH ALL THE THINGS FROM WAGON.

Final Words CANT EXPLAIN ITS EACH AND EVERY FEATURE ONE MUST EXPERIANCE THIS PERSONALLY I DNT KNOW Y SOME PEOPLE ARE WRITTING BAD ABOUT THIS CAR I THINK THEY DONT LIKE THE CAR OR ELSE THEY MUST BE EXPECTING WITH THIS PRICE A LUXERY SUV OR MUV LIKE THING BUT IN THIS PRICE RANGE AS PER QUALITY HAS GIVEN BY HYUNDAI IT CANT BE COMPARED IT CAN BE FEELED BY USING IT.

Exterior Exterior looks good. Front chrome grill, and indicators integrated with rear view mirror.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) This is my First car. Initially I thought to go for Santro / EON. I feel comfort seating in EON. And my friends suggest me to go for i10 instead of Santro as its looks new design and tuned engine and features.So, I finalised i10

I bought this at V3 Hyundai, Chennai, decent dealer.The car loaded with CD Player (KENWOOD 4 speakers, With AUX and USB), Under Chase paint, remote lockin, tefflon coating and sun film (Now we are in the situation to remove it. :(  ).Without any extra charge.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox As it is my first car, I am very happy about my choice.Performance is fine. Seems little low pick up in 2nd gear when AC on) as well as I feel some diff while change reverse gear. (I am not sure whether is this because my handling.) I tested the mileage by full tank to full tank method, its giving me 14 kmpl in city, mixed driving with A/C. Hope it will give little more after 1st and 2nd service.

Ride Quality & Handling I feel comfort in city driving, yet to test in highways.

Final Words Better chioce for small families and most city usage at buget with other competetiors.

Areas of improvement Can be given little storage at the dash board.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox It's displacement is equal to dzire n gives a very good perfomance than dzire.

Final Words If u r thinking to buy an i10 this is the perfect choice. Bcoz in it's class... "beat" has the worst handling... bad interiors than i10, figo has so many strict ford rules, or fabia is also gud if ur dealer gives u good service. So i10 is the best in it's class...😎😄😎😎

I love it's color of interiors at night... that's really cooooooooolllllllllllllllll...

Dont purchase any accesories from hyundai showroom. all prices are double. Hyndai prices / normal accessories shop price, full matting 2000/650, mud flap 600/400, seat cover full fabric 4000/1600, sun ontrol film garware 3500/1000, alloy wheels 22000/12500, best 4 speaker msic system with ipod n usb support pioneer rear ovel spk 18000/10000, teflon coating 2yr warrenty 3000/1600, antirust coating 3000/1600, remote entry w ignition off 6300/4400. also hyundai takes labour cost but for normal shop its all inclusive. now you can think. 😦

Areas of improvement They can increas the size of tires for gud handling.

Good car ,comfortable, good engine, interior color is great.......Actually nothing.....
