Hyundai team are trying to hide the issue instead of solving the problem nor sales people had told us that this car (i10 grand Magna Non ABS) had feature like As per my complain if I used to turn my car on right or left side on the speed of around 20 Km per hr and then release the steering with increasing the speed, as per standard power steering should come into the center but my car steering was not coming into the center. its steering will  only work properly after you go to 60km per hour otherwise you have to purchase the ABS feature car now I am feeling myself fool that this car will be driven as manual steering till 60km per hour after that it will work properly I have many cars in family ex. Maruti, Tata, Honda and Hyundai also which is non ABS feature but steering working properly as it should work but HMIL people are talking about HMIL features please let me know the safety feature.

We and HMIL team also know that Its a manufacturing fault and their technical team after accepting that and now denying it and calling its defect is a feature.

Technical team expert came from HMIL Team (Mr. RK Tiwari) said that i10 Grand(Magna) car steering will fully work only after reaching the speed of 60km per hour and below 60 Kms per hour you will have to manage yourself like manual steering.

Its never being told that this car steering will fully work only after 60kms speed reached.

Good SpaceSteering Problem

Grand i10 is the one car that ticks all the requirement in a small car. Space; Comfort; Convenience; features. Even the Magna comes loaded with Standard driver side Airbag; Rear AC vents & a Music system. Compared to Maruti WagonR or the older version swift; i felt the cooling & the AC to be really powerful & keeps the cabin really cool with just 1 blower setting even to the rear passengers. The legroom for the rear passengers is generous and seating is comfortable too. Was surprised to see the length of the car to be shorter and yet ample of leg room. The hyundai elite i20 doesn't get as much leg room as in the grand i10 even though the length of the i20 is considerably longer. The Driveability in the city limits & in the highways is comfortable thanks to its light steering wheel & super smoother gearshiftss!! The only thing that puts me off with the Grand i19 is the fuel economy which is just around the 10-12kms per litre mark in city & 15-16 kmpl in the highways. The other thing is the lack of low end torque and though on papers it is a 83 BHP engine; It goes short of breath when power is required for quick overtaking in the highways. Service cost & reliability of hyundai is proved and tested so no complaints till date.

My car, purchased on 24/2/2017, has a very very weak horn, no central locking alarm & inspite of numerous requests to the MD, CEO, Sales, Service & Dealer of Hyundai, they are not caring to listen & attend. They have stopped even to respond. The Car is inferior to the lower range I-10 Magna in features e.g. No Tilt steering, no rear screen wiper, no better driving pleasure. If given a chance I would never wish to have it & get rid off at the earliest. There are much better options available from other manufacturers but to my unfortunate I took Grand I-10.

Final Words: With this high handed attitude of Hyundai, I would never go for any Hyundai again in future and would try my best so that no one in my department, acquintance purchase a Hyundai. The Car is NOT at all suitable to Indian condition.

Areas of improvement Hyundai needs a big improve in Customer Care,  adaptation to Indian Condition.

Good looks, Renouned Brand,Inferior to I-10, Very poor horn, No central locking alarm, Very Bad Customer Care.

1-good 2-good and safe 3-good but reverse gear not good work and milage less then 13 in petrol 4-average 5-good Good experience in car drive, interior features good, good sound system,also space and pickup,good starting and abs ebd brake But sometimes reverse gear not good and milage less then 14 km/ lit in petrol

This car is amazing ,it was first ever favourite car in life.For a little family it is so good.i wait 2 years for it becoz collecting money and now i am happy with buying such a car

Exterior Great style. Love the fluidic design.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious cabin and boot, good for small family, Fit and finish excellent, low NVH. MID suggests which gear to drive in. It helps in increasing FE and maintaining correct gear in correct speed. No FE, Instant FE, Distance to empty figures. MID shows useless information like average speed, total travel time.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Refined. Sometimes unable to judge if engine is on or off -it is so silent!😊

Ride Quality & Handling Good suspension - niether hard nor soft. No problem in negotaiting Indian roads with potholes and big sized speed breakers. Handling good but this is strictly a commuter car. Don't expect to rev it like Polo GT. It is no drama A point to B point simple family car.

Final Words If you are looking for a family commuter, Grand i10 is the best available car with peace of mind long term ownership. TATA Tiago is also a good option, however it has service problems and niggles starts right from day 1.

Areas of improvement Add  FE, Instant FE, Distance to empty figures in MID. Ride can be made more stiffer.

Space, Refinement of engine, Silent cabin Good after sale, gear suggestion in MIDNo display of Distance to empty, Average FE absent, Not an enthusiast car

It is easily controllable and it gives a grand look as mentioned in name grand i10 and also it looks dashing as well as the alloy wheel are attractive Hyundai car has good resale value and hence good car Hyundai provide 3 services free of cost and are easily available The car screen is also good touching sence

Car is effortless to drive,good headroom. Hyundai service network is large spare parts availability is good,driving in city is easy and on highway power delivery is linear, easy to maintain car love to drive this car on long drives clocked 7000 km in 3 months did not give any problem yet feeling happy with this car.

I have been driving this car since January 2017.The car has everything you want whether it is the luxary feeling or the way it speeds up. Also the service of hyudai is awesome. Love it...
