Car got fire due to faulty electric parts

I brought Hyundai grand i10 sports varient car from Advaitha Hyundai Mangalore.. on August 2015. It's complicated nearly 21k km till now . Last month ( March 2019) my brother parked this car at home and it's got fire from its Left side head lamp. Hyundai technical team examined this car and gave report saying that fire come from outside the car and there is no fault in their well built car. In the report they mentioned if this because of electrical, fuse will go and in our car fuse was fine. I have below questions to Hyundai technical team. 1. Did you used good quality fuse in grand i10 2. Is your complete car electrical safety depends on 50rs fuse? Hyundai team hiding their fault to protect their reputation in market.
