Disapointment over i20 asta option 1.4 crdi.

We owned i20 1.4 crdi asta option. For some personal reasons we had to sell it. Then we bought this one. This one also top model so that we don't miss out on any feature over the i20. It is actually quite a disappointment. I would mention the pros and cons over i20 asta option in points. For a clear reason of cost difference from i20 we have to face many shortcomings in i10. Pros 1. Low engine noise..sometime we don't realise that the engine has turned off??. 2. Swift and smooth ride. 3. Sound quality of the speakers are good. 4. sufficient space for nuclear family. 5. Decent pick up. 6. Key less entry is there. Now coming to cons: First thing i would like to mention is the cost difference. It is there, agreed but why compromise in safety features? To cover the cost difference you have engine size, vehicle size wheel size etc.. Some basic safety features are missing even in top model. 1. Speed sensing door lock missing. ( We are badly missing this feature as we had it in i20 and now we often forget to lock as it used to happen automatically in i20) 2. Only two airbags even in top model. 3. Night lamp only for front seat people. 4. Automatic headlamp missing. (we do not have a habit of turning on lights. It used to happen on it's own in i20 when it became dark. So we often forget) 5. projector lights not there..we hate that part. At night i feel the lights are so very useless... 6. follow me headlights feature absent. 7. Welcome feature absent. (not for safety reason but i loved it in i20 asta option) 8. Back camera does not have parking assistance. After paying around 2 lakhs extra on top model, only to avail all the features, it has really been a disappointment. More so when you don't even have an option to add these with some more extra payment. I hate i10 specially when we are used to i20 asta option. 1.4 crdi..
