Worst experience with Hyundai. I own this vehicle for past 2 yrs. I gave my car for service regarding I m facing some tech prob. Still the Service team or the OEM is not able to rectify the issue. Their authorised service centre CHANDRA HYUNDAI COIMBATORE is just waste. The staff are waste. They dont mind our feedback or our concerns. They charge for unreplaced parts as well during service. For a new petrl vehicle they charge more than 10k for service @27000kms. Without doing anything only for water wash. Worst and unqualified workman ship. Please go for some other brand. Don't go for Hyundai and feel later.They have worst service network nation wide. All the employees in the dealer ship are not skilled. They are fit for nothing. This is the way the OEM run their brand. They do only for sales. But when it comes to after sales support Hyundai is nothing when compared to other brands.

My car, purchased on 24/2/2017, has a very very weak horn, no central locking alarm & inspite of numerous requests to the MD, CEO, Sales, Service & Dealer of Hyundai, they are not caring to listen & attend. They have stopped even to respond. The Car is inferior to the lower range I-10 Magna in features e.g. No Tilt steering, no rear screen wiper, no better driving pleasure. If given a chance I would never wish to have it & get rid off at the earliest. There are much better options available from other manufacturers but to my unfortunate I took Grand I-10.
Final Words: With this high handed attitude of Hyundai, I would never go for any Hyundai again in future and would try my best so that no one in my department, acquintance purchase a Hyundai. The Car is NOT at all suitable to Indian condition.
Areas of improvement Hyundai needs a big improve in Customer Care, adaptation to Indian Condition.

Exterior Good aerodynamic design looks good.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good but some times AC does not cool the vehicle , the coolr air passes through the main AC and AC vent, but both has less cooling.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox My new car has engine issue , while moving on road , it loses its pickup.Your speed of 60 suddenly comes down to 30. Its huge chance for hit hit from back , by the running vehicles behind you. Aboout 25btimes I have send the vehicle to Dream Hyundai Ghaziabad , but no improvement. They are unable to resolve the issue.
The service Engineers on trial and error method some times they changes its sensors sometimes other parts.
Sometimes its disply goes off, without any reason, the service engineer has no answer on it also.
But a new vehicle just two year old has engine issue shows the technology of Hyundai or incapibility of service engineers of Dream Hyndai.
