Grand I10

I purchased on 1.11.13 Grand I 10 from PL Motors Tonk Road Jaipur in my wife name.  Within 15 days my new grand I10 it broke down due to battery problem. got it repaired from PL hyundai's rambagh service station.

Now again on 16th March 2013  it broke down due to same reason. Two days were holi holidays. I could not go any where. spoke to service station but could not get response due to holidays.

If for any reason i do not use car for 2-3 days will Grand I10  battery wont' work.

EarlierI I was having maruti but battery problem was never if i remebered it well.  Whenever I had used even after 10 -15days it started.

but in grand I10, two times its battery failed when i have not used the car even for 3 days.

Will the company interfere and see it to my problem. Is the prolem with the battery or its programming.
