The car what I wanted the best car in such economic range, beautifull exterior with premium interior. Good milage of almost 18 kmpl. Powerful engine with good pick-up. Driven almost 3000 km, no issue about anything, fuel economy problem arises at start but after first servicing it comes under control. Good car to buy in this segment.

I20 is my all time favorite. Previously I had the i20 2011 model and now I own elite i20. The experience is really awesome when it comes to longer drive like more than 500kms. The comfort is awesome. It is equipped with latest technologies and sensors which make life easier. When it comes to service, Hyundai is best at it. Only issue would be the cost of parts is higher .

Service & Maintenance (Sharayu Hyundai - Turbhe, Nai Mumbai) Dealers/Service should stop panicking customers and charging them bomb with their secondary business model of selling spare parts. Unless you are die-hard fan, don't go for Hyundai. I-20 is known for its poor mileage but still has its own buyer because of its looks and on-road performance. Hyundai and its dealers has promised to deliver better mileage (lets say ignore) and low maintenance car while making sales pitch. Car maintenance schedule and spare part price listed in show-room promises low maintenance cost. But this in fact is to fool you. This is my first paid maintenance experience. All my free service was smooth with minimal charges of oil and filter etc. The moments I parked my car for paid maintenance in 6 months from last free service adviser listed me a whole lot of parts which needs to replaced and problems with car. In 6 months @25k KM they have list of Items to be replaced costing ~10K INR. This is Hyundai scheduled maintenance - Do this manufacture use such low quality parts and built is so poor? or its dealer who made it a secondary business of selling service and spare parts each year cost 12-15K to customer. (this time for me Parts -5K + labor ~5K + Taxes) With Synthetic oil which I used this time, my next service due is mentioned in 6 months or 5K KM. (any logic?) This is high maintenance for hatchbach 1.2 petrol car as per standard. My friends with Honda and Volkswagen cars are more happy customers. Hyundai competes nowhere except looks/design in same category. Manufactures should watch out dealers or loose market.

I have posted a review earlier but mentioned the mileage figures tentatively. now i have tested it.

I have twice driven the car about 600 kilometer and on both occasion the car produced a mileage of just over 17 with ac on. which is not at all a bad figure.

There is nothing to complain about except the power. if you slowdwon the car in 5th gear and then try to overtake, car is unable to produce the power. it only produce the power in 3rd gear. so avoid overtaking in 5th gear with low speed as it could be risky.

That might be just because of its kerb weight. i10 & i20 has the same engine but i20 is much heavier. but for those who belives on simple drive, i20 makes sense. 

For comarison with baleno - baleno holds the edge only at mileage that too because its too lighter, almost 200 kg lighter than i20. other wise there is not contest.

Its a fantastic car with superb interior and superior build quality.

Thie car is best in its segment. Segment first feature too. And the the NVH levels are too low. had a great experience with this car. Those long highway trips are very comfortably completed In tis car. The air conditioning works well too. Music system sounds good. Those big fat tyres gives you better control over the chasis. In short the best in its segment.

I was searching for a car for the last 1 year. At that time hyundai launched its new i20sportz plus 2019 model,having magnificent features. Elite i20 sportzplus model comes with an almost similar features of i20 top end model asta 2018 model. The only difference is sportzplus model doesnt have a projector headlamp, rear wiper and it only have 2 airbags. Thats the only difference between sportzplus model and asta. I20 is having a good legspace room and the seating is really good. Rear passenger seat is really good.3 passengers can be seated comfortabily in the rear seat. Engine is very silent and powerful. I20 is one of the best car for a family of 5 members. I think sportzplus model is the best car under 8 lakhs. The average fuel economy for petrol engine is 14km/ltr.

Buying experience: Just purchased this car in Dec 2018 in Hyundai Motor Plaza Chennai and the experience is WOW. Delivery on time and the Customer service and sales adviser attitude is just awesome and to say about the car when I initially went through the reviews I was little hesitant on buying it for mileage but for me its giving 15+kmpl mileage in Chennai city and 18+kmpl in highways. Ride comfort is far better than the other cars and outer body protection is great as I met with a small accident with another car but nothing major happened to me.
Riding experience: Riding experience is great as I don't feel the car is even moving when I press it 80km speed and even sometimes gives the feel the engine is on or off in idle. I'm 5.10 but I have enough leg room for driving and fits 5 members in car.
Details about looks, performance etc: Look is simply great with Line finishes and bit broader compared to the other prior version of i20 with tail light. Polar white color looks simply awesome compared to the other colors.
Servicing and maintenance: Servicing is always great and the response HMP Service center gives really great.
Pros and Cons: Nothing so far and they did a very good job

For family purpose this car is best choice. If anyone is confused to purchase car hyundai i20 sportz model is best. And other hand i10 sportz model is also better then other cars I. E maruti suzuki.

Very comfortable & nice interior of the car. Good performance with safety. Gearbox is very good. Movement in the city is very comfortable. Engine is well organzed. Front look is very sporty.
