All that glitters is not gold

Hi, I got I20 elite car delivery yesterday from trident Hyundai Bangalore  and discovered accidentally on drive that the head light is not at all working on high beam. This created a life treating scenario for my family as I switched from low to high beam during pitch dark night drive on poorly lit road barely saving from hitting the road divider.... Note: The Car Is Brand New delivered less than 24 hours ago ... And will be visiting for service repairs within 48 hours .

Funny but it's painful to see my hard earned money being wasted merely due to being blinded by glitter and shine of exterior apperiance. I was previously taking a call at better reliable brands at same price range with similar or better features and quality track records. Heck I could have got a diesel car for that matter. Well now that I repent my decision... BTW if anyone is interested in buying this at my buy-in price do contact me as you will not have to wait and would be great if you are into it.... but look at the end of all this one big question remains - Is this what Hyundai Targets as uncompromising quality.... What if due to this little quality hiccup me and my family would have awoken in hospital in this new year... May be handicapped for life.... Scenarios are many ... Many ifs and possibilities... But Hyundai your quality is truly disappointing...this comes as a true straight from the gut end-user review feedback from your customer barely 24 hours old who despite your bad mileage review, premium pricing and discount available from other reliable brands such as Honda, Maruti, Chevrolet etc.... Yet opted for Hyundai on the fateful day.
