I have owned a Creta 1.6 SX petrol. Drove it for 5 years and 54000 KM. I would like to share my experience. There is no doubt that this is a car which will thrill you with its pickup and happy feel when you are driving it. Excellent gearbox and shifter, all excellent features. Then you will realise slowly that it has one of the worst blind spots, many accidents happen due to it, I had one and then used to be very careful. ABS of course is defective and can not be improved as per the company, many times you will regret it as the car is swift and so responsive but due to bad ABS accidents happen. The headlights are placed badly, during the rainy season, it get coated with mud very easily and you may need to get down and clean them while on highways. The car antitrust treatment is bad and it starts rusting much faster than you expect. Mine started rusting in less than 3 years. Unfortunately, these things are not covered under warranty and you have to pay to get it fixed. Very frustrating and disheartening. The suspension is also hard and behaves badly at low speeds especially. Finally had to sell it off. I feel, better cars are available in the market at that price, safe if you care at least.

Both city and highway Mileage are good. It is comfortable and safety wise also okay. But particularly diesel engine has no sound, i usually drive for about 300 km in single run I never felt tired while driving.

Explored the car in the segment for around 6 months, test drive Creta, Seltos, MG Hector etc., finally bought after 6 months... Buying experience was good and its been 2. 5 years driven around 26000 km. So far no major issues... Car battery was replaced after just 2 years ..only a little concern.

Hyundai Creta Review: The Perfect Blend of Style, Comfort, and Power From the moment I stepped into the Hyundai dealership, I felt valued. The purchase process was seamless, with helpful staff who explained each feature of the Creta in detail. Driving this SUV is a pure delight! It has a smooth, powerful engine that handles city traffic effortlessly, while the turbo boost makes highway driving thrilling. The Creta’s sleek, sporty design is an absolute head-turner. Its bold grille, LED DRLs, and alloy wheels give it a premium look. Inside, the spacious cabin with a modern touchscreen and premium upholstery feels luxurious. The engine performance is superb, offering an excellent balance of power and efficiency, especially on longer drives. Servicing is easy and hassle-free, thanks to Hyundai’s extensive network. Maintenance costs are reasonable, and Hyundai’s commitment to service is impressive. Pros: Stylish looks, powerful yet smooth engine, advanced features, and spacious interiors. Cons: Slightly higher price, but worth it for the quality. In short, the Hyundai Creta is an ideal SUV, offering a top-notch experience from purchase to performance, making it an unbeatable choice in its segment!

Creta showcases a mix of strengths and areas for improvement, with notable features including a well- functioning suspension system, ADAS that works well, stylish interior design albeit with missed opportunities for luxurious materials, while shortcomings include the absence of wireless android auto and occasional cabin noise during drives.

Comfort, style, driving all ok, but mileage is otherwise all I am ok, mileage wise city driving is 5 to 7 and long drive is 13 to 14 mileage for petrol if driven in less speed.
