Do not count on navigation or voice control

it is one year of ownership and 11000 Km, Buying experience was good. Driving is cool, no noise of engine or tyres in cabin. looks are Ok , I wanted to have a panoramic roof which is great in winter you can keep the blind off and only glass which gives a feeling of openness and we did try to stand and feel the breeze in hills , it was great. But the voice control for phone or navigation is pathetic. 99.99% it will say I did not understand or no response from server. if you are lucky the map will take you via a wrong route or to a wrong place. I lost my temper many times and stopped using it and prefer google map on my mobile. ( on my Alto i got a system fitted from outside for Rs 7000 and it works not like Creta's) you can not expect a good fuel average, I am getting around 13-14 on highways on petrol. The cruse control is required on highways where you go occasionally and find it is working on it's own sweet will. For the last one year the service center is trying to figure out what is wrong with cruse control as it works intermittently. they tried replacing the switch, which took few months , but of no use. Not a value for money. I have City Diesel, 8yrs old more than 1 Lakh Km, NO complaints.
