Hyundai Creta [2019-2020] User Reviews

My car is only 8month old and run approximately 12000 kms. It got fire in engine in running condition and speed was approx 50km. The whole car burnt within 20 minutes. I requested everyone not to purchase such car if u really want safety of yourself as well family. I purchased this car from kd motors jodhpur

So, what comes in your mind when you hear the phrase "The Perfect SUV" of course I'm talking about the Hyundai Creta. I purchased it in August 2017 & its an SX plus petrol. In my review, I'll cover each & every aspect of my ownership experience of Hyundai Creta. When I made the decision that I want to get a new car I was sure that I won't buy a sedan & I'll get an SUV/crossover. So I just had 2 options in mind Renault Duster & Hyundai Creta. I directly went for Hyundai because of the plush interiors & reliable service network of Hyundai. My experience at the dealership was superb, I got my car within 2 days & also they gave me a discount of 30k & free accessories at the time when Creta was in huge demand. I have driven my Creta 15000 km. The drive is smooth, I rarely fell any small bumps on the road. Creta is genuinely comfortable & if I discuss about the performance OMG it accelerates damn fast for reference I took it to 160kmph on 4th gear, although the low end is a little laggy as the revs reach past 2000 rpm the car gets moving like anything & when I cross 5000 rpm sometimes it gets out of control I indeed need to slow down. Since we are on the topic of the drive so let me tell you something about its steering wheel as well, I feel the steering is decent not as good as Ford's but still, it weighs up decently as cruising speeds but I need to be careful when I'm driving par 140kmph. Talking about the exterior, although I believe it is a subjective topic but I think it isn't a style statement like the latest offering from Kia i.e. Seltos or the MG Hector but I presume that it is decent & SUVish which of course it should be & it looks minimal as well with not a lot of chrome accents on it. The main downside is that at the time when I got my car diesel top variant used to get 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels whereas petrol variant used to get 16-inch steel alloy wheels for which Hyundai should be shameful. Moving on to interiors, the dashboard is a gem pretty minimal, not many buttons by which one can get confused, the beige strip moving through the dashboard & a pretty neat instrument cluster. Talking about infotainment system it is a 7-inch touchscreen 2 din unit which comes with built-in navigation which is just average but it does support Android Auto & Apple Car Play which runs well on it & the touch is also smooth. Exploring the cubby spaces of Creta, there are 4 cup holders 2 in the front & 2 in the back seat armrest & 4 bottle holders one on each door & 2 map pocket each in front 2 doors & a pretty spacious glove box which isn't cooled whereas the Grand-i10 which was half the price of Creta used to get a cooled glove box coming back to cubby spaces they are more than adequate & also there is a small storage space in front of the gear stick where you can keep your phone. The seats are also supportive & comfortable not as comfortable as Honda City but better than Maruti's, Ford's & Volkswagen's seats. The back seat can accommodate 3 people comfortably & the floorboard is almost flat as well. The boot is spacious & enough for the weekend getaways & airport trips. Moving on to small nicks and nacks which I feel are good like electrically folding & electrically adjustable ORVM & push-button start with a request sensor on driver side door handle & a button on the key to access the boot also the rear wiper & washer comes in handy, the rear air-con vents are also useful & the sunglasses holder is also a good add on but I still think a cooled glove box would have been a good addition & the spare wheel is a steel wheel which should have also been an alloy. Talking about maintenance I get my car serviced once a year & the cost of service including labour charges is around 6k & usually, I take a discount of roughly 10%, apart from service I haven't spent a penny on the maintenance of my car. One major issue which I faced in my car was that the paint on the boot just below the windshield started chipping off, I did some research on it & found that white-coloured Creta & i-20's manufactured in 2017 had this issue & since my car is in warranty Hyundai repaired it for free. Now I'll answer the question which every consumer has in his mind i.e. KITNA DET HAI, in the city, I'm able to extract a mileage of 8-9 kmpl I know that's on the lower side & on highways, I can gt up to 14 kmpl. I'll conclude my review by mentioning the pros & cons & by giving my final verdict. Pros: 1) Good performance 2) Spacious 3) Low maintenance cost 4) Pretty decent feature-packed 5) Plush interior 6) Rear air-con vents Cons: 1) No cooled glove box 2) Diesel top variant gets more features than petrol top variant 3) No alloy wheel in the spare tyre 4) Mileage is on the lower side In my final verdict, I would say that I'm happy with my Creta & I would recommend everyone this car & I will always prefer Hyundai while getting my next car.

Amazing car, nice buying experience, awesome riding experience, marvellous look.it has only pros not Cons till now, I am buying this car as my dream car, I want every middle-class people can afford this car, it is an outstanding car with best SUV design in the Indian market in this price. It has some high price but it has value for money

Riding experience: Very comfortable seats and powerful engine.Feel very joyful while riding.So smooth and power steering
Details about looks, performance etc: Good quality head lamps led lights and alloys

Buying experience: Pathetic, I bought this car from Modi Hyndai thane west. It is a terrible experience. They have delivered defected car, new car having issues in engine and wipers. After 9k km it's cluck plate burnt and car just stopped on highway.
Riding experience: This car may stop anywhere even the new car. Terrible cluck plate you need to replace every 5k. My car just stopped in middle of highway brand new car having 9k distance travel pathetic. Please don't buy this car you will stuck.
Details about looks, performance etc: Normal, it's looks ok performance is really very poor. I feel cheated with the commitment showroom people did.
Servicing and maintenance: Pathetic experience no support from service Centre poor service even they don't clean car in service
Pros and Cons: Any cons no pro. High price comparison to the cars in that range. They have not even given basic features like automatic mirror fold etc.

I bought this car from Popular Hyundai, Kottayam. The delivery was not that good as I found dust on the interior and exterior. I had to tell them to clean the car again before delivering it to me. The car is quite good with decent power. It provides a smooth driving experiance. The car looks nice from outside. However, could find hard plastic used in many places of Interior. As far as I know the service amount for the car is cheap as its petrol. But my only concern is about getting standard service. The Hyundai service centre at Kottayam didn't meet my expectations during the first service. They created some scrates on the car. Poured some chemical on the centeal console where the gearbox and wireless charger situated while cleaning which became unremovable patches. I made them to replace with new console including wireless charger. The car needs 10 litters/100 Km which is quite ok for me as I live in the hilly area. They would have added few more features to the car as the top end didn't have automatic the period when I bought the car.

I bought it last month from hyundai showroom and its feature is amazing because when you see its pics or when you actually use it. it's feeling is amazing and one more thing about it creta is fuel efficient and gives a great comfort

Buying experience(2017) : i was looking for 5 seater. I made up my mind for purchasing maruti brezza (top model). Was costing around 10lac. Then gave a thought to seek hyundai as an option. Then looked for 1.4 petrol, creta. Took a test drive and same day changed my mind to switch to creta. Then second day looked for 1.4 s, S+ .. My brother told me that no point of buying 1.4 as specifications similar to i20. Budget was a no constraint till that option then.. Then we made up our mind to go for 1.6 deisel crdi sx.. A bit costlier, but it equally justifies with its performance, interiors, comfort level. (15-15.5 lac approx). I have been driving since the day i purchased it. Great comfort level, pick up mind blowing ( in this segment 1600 cc), artic white colour. Brilliant car for comfort lovers, ground space is enough, enough boot space. Seat adjustment cum steering wheel a big wow. Average on highways 21 approx. Running cost is minimal. Service cost is similar to maruti cars of similar segment. Noise level- i dont think it ever irritated me. A goodcar to buy. Music system is good, fine display, speedometer nice one. Ac comfortable, didnt complained about it as of now. Fin, side rails makes aesthetics fine. Fine car. Talking about cons, i dont find it comfortable for driving it in crowded cities (especially metros) coz one cant define or have its true tastes on busy crwoded roads. Looking for its performance, smoothness go ride on highways. Driving in 90-100, one wont even feel its running a bit fast. Good car..

This car price is very good, the price is adjact for this SUV car I am riding this car long distances but I cannot fell bad it is the best car in the segment the cost of the service is also good
