The car had a good feedback and rating since it launched. I was personally planning to buy it...but due to money, I couldn't. But after an year of its launch I could afford it and was very satisfied with the car. The company provided me good assistance and the car was really nice. Ride quality, comfort, handling, dynamics were phenomenal. But there was a major drawback, and that was: THE MILAGE..... The variant I chose was- 1.6 SX AT petrol and that was the biggest blunder I had made. But with all this the softroader is a nice choice....... Kiddos to Hyundai for making such an amazing car

The buying experience is reasonably okay. While riding comfort is reasonably okay as well, handling is not that great. The quality of the black plastic cladings are not of good quality. And so is the case of the interior trims,floor carpet and seat upholstery.There is a kind of makeshift arrangement for the charging plug for the USB port. The dashboard is not conveniently designed.When the legroom for the front side is adjusted, then the legroom at the rear is less. Though I have used the car for 650 kms only, It has registered 8.5/9.0 kmpl only. The navigation system is not up to date and one ends up with the locations and addresses somewhat broadly, not precisely. The extended warranty for the 4th and the fifth year is a farce, it does not cover many items at that time. By and large the frills viz. hill assist, sunroof etc are not at all very useful, but for namesake. Overall it is not value for money. Many of the features which are brought about are nothing but a hype and factually deceptive.

This is my second Hyundai car... I was driving Hyundai I20 Petrol Manual model earlier before I chose to buy Hyundai Creta Petrol Automatic. Hyundai's customer service is top class and they ensure that you are taken care during the entire buying journey. Creta was my first experience in driving an automatic vehicle. Trust me it's very comfortable to drive especially in city traffic. Moreover the cruise control is good option if you are driving on a express way. It's cabin space is spacious and comfortable. On the pricing I feel is overpriced and you can get 7 seater lower version in same price ... If you are family of 4-5 and planning to go for a long drive, it's perfect car. You don't need a 7 seater car. I little disappointed with suspension of this car... If you are little ofroading or find some potholes, the car suspension is average. I hope in next version it will improve . After evaluating multiple car in same segment, I found Creta has best look and cabin space is like a cockpit. All features are amazing and gives you awesome feel... While sunroof adds more wow factor but I think they should have made it little large or shifted little in centre. Only kids can stand inthe sun/moon roof ... This is best in the segment.... I'm loving it !

This is my 2nd car and my first one was a hatchback. Initially I was a bit sceptical about Automatic (AT) version but I am satisfied. Those who already have 1.6L engine (e.g. verna or honda city) may find the creta AT version low in pickup. Driving this car is a sheer pleasure and you hardly get tired since there is no clutch! However the car is a bit overpriced in its segment but since it has no rivals it is enjoying the attention. Pros (+): 1. Driving pleasure. Powerful engine. 2. Ample legroom, ample headspace. 3. Steering controls (cruise, audio, phone) 4. Accurate GPS with maps 5. Sunroof 6. Large luggage space (dekki) 7. Looks with alloy wheels 8. Excellent stability even at high speeds 9. Camera guided Reverse parking with alarm Cons (-) 1. Plastic dashboard and interiors (could have made premium.) 2. Seats could be leather in such high version and costs 3. Low fuel efficiency (9-10 km/litre) 4. Cost is a bit on higher side. Overpriced. Overall, I am enjoying my creta AT 1.6 petrol very much. This SUV cannot be compared with cheaper rivals like Brezza, Nexon, TUV, Eco-sport as it is class apart. Go for it if you like it.

Buying experience: First car I bought from my own earnings. Love this one
Riding experience: Drive is so smooth and sitting posture is very upright so one will always have clear road view
Details about looks, performance etc: Front is pretty beefy and aggressive but I'm not satisfied with the rear looks. It's little soft and outdated. So car is blend of aggressiveness and softness.
Servicing and maintenance: But expensive as other hyundai cars
Pros and Cons: Segment leader because of its performance, styling and quality.

Riding experience: It was too comfortable drive and loved to drive again
Details about looks, performance etc: It's looks too good, spacious car, comfortable for long drive in traffics without any hectic manual transmission

This is the best suv as of now in Indian market for a very much affordable price and hyundia doesn't make a hole in your pocket when it comes to servicing and maintainence Go for it if you are going for an mid range suv

The service was good from hyundai and i got a good riding feel and it has a turbo engine and the pickup is superb, high performance, classy and sporty look. The maintenance cost is less since it is petrol but both the petrol and diesel has a great riding feel
