Exterior The painting on car very poor quality, not thick enough like other high end cars.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Surprisingly very poor quality, harldy done 15,000 km's and the clutch is gone, the belt is splitting in to peices, quality of parts very BAD.

Ride Quality & Handling Driving comfort is good, surely not tough enough as they advertise.

Final Words The service back up is very poor, they seem to be interested only in making money even on so called free service and says though the vehicle is under warrenty and says the ware & Tire is not their responsibilty, the ware & tire should be after approx 30 to 40,000 km's, not for 10,000 km's. The quality is so poor that the vehicle needs repalcement of parts soon. looks like going to be an expensive affair to maintain on the long run!!.

Areas of improvement The Authorised service centers should be properly advised and guided as to more than the charges and collecting money on every oppurtunity, they should be given proper training in servicing the car to the best of manner, my car high end Diesel paid almost 17.8 lakhs and the first service they gave me a bill for paiting the Chasis and painting of the door's saying protection from rain water and corotion, they should have done this while selling than charging on the first free service, second free service, we complained of some light sound coming while applying the clutch and changing gears, they were very ignorant and took the car twice and they failed to locate or identify the problem, in the bargain operation of clutch become hard and finally by 15,000 sent the car for 3rd free service and they found that some bolt worn out and needede an replacement, for which the entire assembly need a replacement, and in the begining they said it is a manufacturing defect and they will do the replacement at free of cost, after giving the vehicle for service at KUN- HYUNDAI Ambattur, Chennai. they called and said it will cost around 8,500 for replacement of the clutch, upon demanding that how a high end car just by running 15,000 km's and three services done and the clutch could spoil, they have no answer, the solution they finally gave is pay half the p0rice and take the car. the wiper blades are poor quality and the metal was projecting out, Upon showing that, they replaced the wiper blades, the QUALITY CHECK at the service center is very poor, that too in the rainy season they should have common sense.

On the whole my experiance at Kun-Hyundai, Ambattur, Chennai is very bad, and they worst is the way they fall on you to fill the Rating form for such poor service back up.

Comfortable to drive and smooth.Bad to charge saying free service

Excellent SUV car even in my best suv choice. Great driving comfertable, dashing look. I love this car. Words would fall short explaining the Creta 1.6 SX(O) Diesel Manual in words to be honest, though let me summarise it to the point - Majestic, Bold, Silent Cruiser, Soft Roader, Power-packed, Goodie Loaded, Comforting, Travel Companion ALL IN ONE! Buying Experience was hassle free from Modi Hyundai Thane Showroom, Staff Are Attentive and Aptly Responsive. It's like a Give Respect, Get Respect Circuit. Having owned a Hyundai Grand i10 Sportz Diesel 2013, the comfort given by Hyundai was well-known and expected. Though the Creta exceeds those expectations too. Least Bodyroll, Cushioned Sedan like Ride from a Tall-boy SUV is truly commendable. With zero driving fatigue (driven it a maximum of 8hrs at a stretch so far). Truly a Driver's Vehicle, although at par for co-passengers' POV too. The Fascia of The Creta is a lot different from the outgoing look. This one is more enticing and bold with superb road presence and a face of commandment. Although the body doesn't look much different from the outgoing model, the ride quality and interiors are way beyond those of the older model. The 17" Petal Boomerang Alloys are a Treat to the Visual Appeal of the CRETA too. Sporty yet Supple. I particularly like to compare the Creta to a Tiger, mainly due to the engine's grunt that starts on a growl initially, and later flattens out to a silent hum post 2000rpm delivering a silent predator performance on the road. The size isn't too difficult to maneuver around traffic or highway commute routes too. Steering Response is Superb with immaculate control over the usual Hyundai steering which used to offer less feedback from road to driver Inputs. It would sound cynical to compare the handling however to traditional 4x4 considering this is an SUV too, but it certainly takes the potholes and bumps just like a Soft-Roader should. Road undulations are easily managed by the suspension and tyre team in tandem together with minute jingles if approaching bumps or irregular roads at the wrong/high impact speeds. I have so far Received 15-17kmpl in City driving at under 60kmph within city limits and between 18-20kmpl with highway routes at 60-90kmph. Service Costs? Well, if you've owned a sedan, consider this no different and pay at par with Sedan Service Costs - definitely not a gunshot in your pocket as much as the fellow German vehicles would sue behind you with. Think Low Maintenance - Think HYUNDAI. To highlight a few Pros: - Drivability. - Driver/Passenger Ergonomics and Comfort. - Traction Control, Hill Stop Assist truly aiding features. - Overall Seating Space for 5 adults (especially for someone my height 6ft on the driver's seat) - Superb NVH Insulation - Cocooning Cabin - 6 Airbags - Assurance of Superb Safety - Lots More with a never-ending list to be honest Cons are a few: - Wireless Charging may not appeal to someone who doesn't have a wireless charging Supported phone in the first place. And because the slot is not removable either, the space occupied is a waste. - Auto Wipers and Auto Headlights would have been helpful keeping up with the latest trends of Automotive Gizmos and Tech. - Tyre Pressure Sensors Could Help Maintain Tyre Pressure Effectively, considering the vehicle rides on massive 17" Alloys with a large surface area footprint. - 60:40 Split Seats Would have been a treat considering SX (O) being the top end variant. To Sum Up, Thinking of a long lasting road companion? Look nowhere but at the Creta. It will surely leave you speechless in performance and reliability, and would surely give you the subtle yet majestic bang for the buck. I personally switched from buying the Verna to the Creta (of course after comparisons to competition vehicles too). I Solemnly Swear - The Best Road Partner!

Look wise it's very influential. Performance is very good compared to other competitive car. Top version is just amazing. Good amount of space and lots of other useful features. Good for long drives and also good to drive in the city. You can go off-road also because ground clearance is very good than other cars.

My move of buying the Creta was very calculative and time fed. I searched around all the companies for their best product in the class and then decided to settle to this one. The car indeed overrides all the expectations in almost all the areas. Starting from dealer experience, purchase experience, first ride, long rides, to maintenance and services,, it gives you everything. As, I've now rode 37k on it in a year and half, have tested the car in all types of road conditions and it never misses to satisfy you. The only thing felt when buying this one was, it was overpriced for about 1-1.5L, or otherwise there should have been a couple of more luxury features including sunroof or heated seats or something, which they have added in the newer version.

I chose the sx(o) over the xuv 500 w8/w10 and the Honda Brv. It's the interior rather than the outside looks which attracted me to the Sx(o). The interior feels heavenly with the leather work.seats, the steering and the side panels(not available on the lower models.).

Superb handling, feels very light. Very peppy and powerful engine. The gear is less strudy than my previous car. A Volkswagen. The usp is the 17 inches very rugged alloy wheel...again if u choose an sx instead of the sx(o) u get a 16 inches alloy wheel which does not befit this car really.

The sx(o) is definitely overpriced. but the sx(o) stands higher up than its competitors xuv 500 w10 which is 1.5 lacs costlier and the top version of the Honda Brv which is a lac cheaper, though the other two are seven seaters.

Its a car to possess if u listen to ur heart not ur mind, but do not buy it if u need an off-roader. Creta is  not an off-roader and does not have AWD. It is indeed a good softroader.

      the interior...the leather upholstery...superb....the engine...sublime...the handling..heavenlyoverpriced....but I just could not resist it

It was a long time thinking about a fully fitted car where the previously used car was a Volkswagen Vento. That German model vehicle is not suitable in our roads and areas due to the low clearence of ground. In such a way thinking of buying a compact SUV which is most suitable for our roads and places where it satisfies all the conditions. On the behalf of that, we were stucked our eyes on the newly launched Hyundai Creta. It was a premium budget compact SUV that satisfies all the needs and conditions. We got delivered the car on May month of 2016. Till now, we dosen't feel any dissatisfaction regarding the vehicle condition. One of the main disadvantage of the vehicle is the lack of rear disk brake and less space in the rear seating arrangement of second row. It was the top most varient at that time. It is allthough a family friendly compact SUV comparitively with more power and excellent milaege. It will be overall well suited for a small family with premium budget and extraordinary features.

Everything is perfect drove it at almost 1,74,000 and never had a problem, the build quality is too good, the service center experience is good, issue with the clutch plates changed it twice.
