Exterior The exterior is one of its kind. not as sporty and agressive as I20 ( its main competitor), but definitely holds its own ground. its all depends on personal taste and im sure many will like it.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Its like entering in to a different car.its soo big inside that you forget you are actuallu sitting in an compact car. front and rear leg space are ample. try all the differnt wat you like , avergae to well buld 5 persons can sit together without ang grudge.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fantastic fuel economy. Will take a little time to get used with the cvt style driving. but you once get that understanding the rest is peaceful. There is no use in flooring the accelerator which makes to loose our temper sometimes. but its just common occurence in our transission from MT driver to CVT driver.

Ride Quality & Handling Superb ride quality, absorbs small bumps and pot holes wihout making a big fuzz. stable even at 150 kmph speed (could have easily gone higher but ,, nahhh) 

Final Words This is the fure of Indian roads.. in our daily routine,, coasting through hectic traffic takes a toll on our kness and angle.. well not any more..

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox There is lot of noice on driving in sports mode.

Ride Quality & Handling The car shows a lag when you just start or at slow speed. You press the accelerator and it takes a second or so to push off. This is very frustating when you are driving in traffic. You want to move suddenly on getting a space but the car refuses to push of spontaneously. This is the drawback of CVT. I have test drived Baleno CVT as well but it does not show any lag. The lag in Jazz is apparent at sports mode also and there is no way to overcome it. You just have to live with it.

Final Words Good car but bad CVT performance at low speeds. If you wish to buy automatic first test drive and observe.

Areas of improvement The pick up at slow speeds is very poor and needs improvement. It has no option for push button start, auto locking of doors, GPS, parking sensors, telescopic adjustment of steering wheel even in the top model. Music system voice is also not so good. The rear view mirror for night setting is manual, it should be automatic.

Exterior Very  nice looking car, like of it's sibling  city. Led tail lamps and styling gives you the volvo look. But needs led projector headlamp s, bigger alloy wheel ,wide tyres. 

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

Space of suv, actually it is very spacious but need good back seats like city , armrest missing, rear ac missing, and gap between back seat and boot space cover needs to be removed , actually there should be magic seats option for all varient should be there, sunroof missing. 

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

Great, you can't  compare i20  elite with it.,only because of its performance of cvt gearbox with paddle shifters. You will have this  features only in top brands like Mercedes-Benz, audi. You will remember gla when you drive this automatic. For jazz petrol this is best model to buy only one lack more for automatic than i20 asta. Actually in D mode you can use paddle shifters, when ever you brake car automatically comes to D1, but sometimes we need to slow down speed not only by breaking but by using_ve  sign paddle shifters using it like gears. In Scotland mode we can drive it manually by using paddle shifters as gears. 

Ride Quality & Handling 

 Great ride quality, but need wide tyres bigger wheels. Comfortable suspension. 

Final Words jazz 

 auto is best and it is future.   Drive this automatic and see what we were missing from years. 

Areas of improvement   Big wide tyres, 205 mm, alloy wheels 17 inch ,  sunroof, good seats, bigger or turbo engine ,  good back seats like city , led projector headlamp, speed sensing door lock, button start

 the exterior is very matured and has a very sporty and well plantedd stance. gives a big andd strong car feel. somehow a premium company like honda is not offering mud flaps as a standard fitment which didnt feel good otherwise it was a good value for money. 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 feautres are not out of the world nor futuristic compared to a hyundai but whatever is given works good. the infotainment display is very cheap looking was expecting it would be more refined and we cant upload more than 3 wallpapers that too only of a particular resolution of jpeg. the music system is decent and phone connectivity is decent too but not great. would have been nice if given a bigger glove box and a cooled one.

space should never be an issue in jazz as there is ample space and you would be surprised at the airy feel of the cabin especially the front seats are like recliners and offer good support and comfort.

when it comes to comfort car is very comfortable and there is very less road noise and the auto ac works very good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 the engine is very good and typical honda like very smooth, no noise, instant start, great power overall a very refined motor.

fuel economy for a cvt car the jazz cvt is decent enough and when driven with a light foot it gives great mileage. i get around 13-15 in city conditions and on highway i consistently get 17-19kmpl with ease. but if u use it in sports mode it will drop to as low as 10kmpl in city and 15kmpl on highway.

the gearbox is super smooth and slick. as with any cvt there is a slight bit of rubber band effect but once u get momentum it is next to nil. the paddle shifters are good to use especially if u need to overtake in D mode or if u want to upshift earlier but then again depending on your accelerator push the car decides the best gear ratio to get maximum fuel efficiency and good power.

Ride Quality & Handling

 ride quality is smooth and decent so as handling. very stable till speeds of 135kmph which i tried till now and it goes with ease without any signs of strain on the engine.

there is a bit of body roll but only if u drive rash and irresponsible. 

Final Words

 a great car and value for money. perfect if u r looking for luxury in the 10lakh range.

Areas of improvement  

 the plastics need to improved. installation of eco systems like start stop system and button start with cruise control which will be in line honda earth dreams of fuel efficient vehicles. music system and display can be improved a lot in line with honda's qulaity. need to get better headlights like led or xenon projector , DRL'S.

Issue with AC cooling, back seat people does not feel that the AC is ON. My old Maruti 800 has better cooling than Jazz and Honda service manager told me that the cabin space is Maruti 800 is small so you get better cooling but Jazz has bigger cabin so the cooling will be less as compare to Maruti 800. Another issue, infotainment system is not working properly. Lots of issues with Bluetooth connectivity. Also I had fuel meter issue, meter will work only if I fill more than 25 liter petrol. This may be specific to my car. Service is really pathetic. they dont care on your issues. they dont have any escalation matrix, you have only emailid and customer care number to contact Honda.

Exterior Easily stands out in a crowd of different cars, especially the Sunset Orange Color.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

- Comfortable space.

- Sophisticated black interiors.

- Many holders to keep your cell-phones, cold-drinks, travel coffee mugs.

- Has got decent features required in a modern car: touchscreen panel, handsfree phone calls, aux/USB/Bluetooth music connection.

- Provides a device called Honda connect to provide you with the real-time whereabouts of your car, service reminders, fuel log and other basic yet helpful statistics.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

- Automatic version is not that fuel efficient: gives pleasure ride but burns a little hole in your pocket.

- Comes with a sports mode: this budget friendly car gives you a feel of the sports car. It has speed controls right at the steering and you feel like a racer. 😉

Ride Quality & Handling

- Very comfortable to drive, effortless 30 km drive in a day.

Final Words

- Low maintenance.

- Good for indian traffic, turns, & parking.

Areas of improvement

- Does not have in-built navigation system, although you won't use it 99 out of 100 times.

When parked with different cars,it stands out.Comfortable inside,stylish outside.The automatic version is not that good in mileage.

By the look and automatic transmission I have bought during March 2018 20 days back due to rain, moisture entered in the leftside head light and went to Sothern Honda , my dealer,They inspected and found a small crack on the plastic mould of the head light fitting and told me it can not be replaced under warranty since the crack happened due to external factors. I explained them that there was no accident history or accident symptoms in my car and I made them convincing that the crack might be there when purchased itself or due to poor quality of the part, crack happened, Sent so many mails to customer service, Southern honda and customer relations, honda car India but they are not understanding customers views, when a customer bought a new car woth of 10.5 lakhs, he will not mind to change the part worth of Rs.4000/- if he has done accident and his fault. A customer can not check every bolt and nut when purchasing a new car believing in good condition and if any Honda will replace. This clearly proved poor quality parts of Honda Jazz and poor customer service of Honda

Honda car is as usal good engine performamce. Thereby, any car from Honda, performance will be super. Jazz looks is gorgeous, as architecture is done by Honda Japan, and it has good comfort in both front and rear seat arrangements..... Killing model in hatchback.... Regards

Exterior Great if u take white, all the others colours were dull to me.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Lots of space, but no magic seats, dash finish , the quality of plastic is okay. One can really feel the heat if waiting in the sun for say a signal, i think better uv control is needed.rear seat comfor is good but an armrest would be appreciated.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox On highways great, in city very average, 1.4 lit engine would have been better or a turbo charge could have done the job.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride is good as seats are adjustable for driver, handling dept:  good, but  in slow speeds and high speeds stearing excursion varies so one has to be careful. no cruse control. paddleshifts and breaks are great. turning radius is poor.

Final Words Overall a good car, mileage improves greatly if temp settings are kept at 24
