By the look and automatic transmission I have bought during March 2018
20 days back due to rain, moisture entered in the leftside head light and went to Sothern Honda , my dealer,They inspected and found a small crack on the plastic mould of the head light fitting and told me it can not be replaced under warranty since the crack happened due to external factors. I explained them that there was no accident history or accident symptoms in my car and I made them convincing that the crack might be there when purchased itself or due to poor quality of the part, crack happened,
Sent so many mails to customer service, Southern honda and customer relations, honda car India but they are not understanding customers views, when a customer bought a new car woth of 10.5 lakhs, he will not mind to change the part worth of Rs.4000/- if he has done accident and his fault.
A customer can not check every bolt and nut when purchasing a new car believing in good condition and if any Honda will replace.
This clearly proved poor quality parts of Honda Jazz and poor customer service of Honda
