 Front Gives the Feeling Of Lamborghini Aventador :P superb looks and back looks like Volvo What else do u need? :P XDDD

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

interiors are better on the models frm SV and above and satisfactory in S Mt as as Instrument clusters are basic which look oldschool honda should keep same interiors for all models who the hell changes interiors on every model? this is a strong cost cutting from honda !

On the other hand this has best in class boot and cabin space no doubt about it. I could hardly fit in a ny car as i was above 6 feet 3 so this was almost perfect. Seats are very comfortable a delightful u can easily sleep rest and even sleep :P to that extent they are comfortable. Backseat is top notch too wide bench leg room is Huge headroom is good too. Class leading Overall.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 Gearbox is light and shiting gears is a delight accompanied by a light steering which makes easy manuvering and good handling too, I have just Completed my first service and i am getting 10 km/l litre in city and i have driven 400-500 kms and hoping this figure to go up after 3rd service .

the pickup is not good as u would expect as honda have tuned this engine for better fuel economy so under 2500 rpm the engine would be lazy until to push hard the pedals but after 2500 rpm pickup is no issue then! It will zip through ! also when u revv hard the engine u can hear the engine sound which appeals to a sports car sound and give u confidence to accelerate more XD

Ride Quality & Handling

 Ride quality is good small bumps and pot holes are masked but bigger ones are not. it has a soft suspensionbut in the end u wont feel tired after long drives this car is made to take ol ur tiredness away even if ur driving and shiting gears constantly this wont tire u at ol .

Areas of improvement  

 few features shoould be added according to the competetion, Interiors should be same for all models atleast who changes intrument cluster and lighting in them on every models? lazy under 2500 rpm mark

Exterior It looks Excellent from Front Angle. Piano Finish is Really Nice. When compared to i20 i find Jazz looks better product overall.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The Reason I went with jazz is it gives Best space in this segment.

Very spacious for all the passengers. Rear AC vent could have provided. But Ac is sufficient.

Instrument cluster is very good nearly same as Honda city.

All power windows.

Back seat Thigh support is Better in i20 But Bench like Seating in jazz allows different seating postures in long drive. Headroom is good. Music system is ok. But they should have provided parking sensor. Reverse camera is not that much Helpful we lose concentration of surrounding.

Plastic quality is acceptable. 

Lots of cuppy holes is welcome.

No Start button,

No retractable key.

Spare key is Ordinary.

Seating Comfort is good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Power Delivery in Lower Rpm Is low but once you drive past 2000 rpm it performs. Actually I think it’s intentional by Honda engineers for fuel Efficiency. But in Neck to neck Traffic it’s a Boon. Soon you will get used to it for this ratio. My petrol Engine is Butter smooth And zero noise in the cabin. Gear shift is Smooth.

Gives 12 KM/L in Chennai City Traffic 16.5 Km/L in Highway under 100 Km Speed.

in 120 to 140 Km Speed Range FE comes down to 14.5 KM/L

Ride Quality & Handling Easily reaches 130-140 Km in highway beyond this speed you feel a little unsafe Because of Smooth Ride and Low feedback From Steering. As soon i received the Car it felt like a bullock cart and very hard.

The Reason Being Tyre Pressure was kept above 40 PSI far beyond Prescribed 33 Front 31 Rear PSI.

Actually i exhausted All the Normal Air and Filled with Nitrogen air now the Car Flouts in the road Very smooth. Handling is very good.

Incidentally a trailer tried to take U turn without any indication on the NH45 and abruptly stopped Midway after seeing my car 100+ KM speed even in the full breaking my old car would have resulted in going under the Trailer resulting in Grave situation even now I wonder how i could manure the vehicle with full breaking taking a very quick C Turn and avoided a big Accident. Lately i understood it’s the abs and Ebd At work Pl go with ABS.

My Older vehicle would have Spinned surely would have gone Under the Trailer.

God Saved Me and My Family.

Actually its the careless Drivers in huge vehicles with careless attitude for other polished vehicles.

In most of the Situations Lorries and trailers is very little to lose.

Final Words I think it’s the overall Best small Family Vehicle.

Price I feel a little more than the competition. 

Overall it’s the best if you look in to the Under 10 Lakh Hatchback.

Actually Next Better Hatchback then this would Be Double triple of this cost.

Magic Seats in all Variants.

1.3 litre Petrol Like its available in Abroad.

Low End torque.

Parking Sensors as standard (not as optional costs 5500 Rs in Honda Show room.)

Showroom Staff convincing us since Rear camera is available Parking sensor is unnessory.

I failed to understand then why Honda provides Parking sensors in Honda city which is already provided with Rear camera.

I learned it in hard way rear camera is no substitute for parking sensor.

Rear camera is useful for big pothole or Depth which Parking sensors can’t detect.

But Parking sensor makes it very easy and allows us concentrate on the surrounding like sideways without the need for looking away from surroundings and forcing us to look in to the car display.

Also default wide view is unrealistic. Half a feet distance falsely shown in camera like five foot distance making our brain to believe. Without physically looking back we surely will bang against the objects.

Space,Comfort,Good Leg Room,Front Style.Pickup In low Gear

Exterior Very  nice looking car, like of it's sibling  city. Led tail lamps and styling gives you the volvo look. But needs led projector headlamp s, bigger alloy wheel ,wide tyres. 

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

Space of suv, actually it is very spacious but need good back seats like city , armrest missing, rear ac missing, and gap between back seat and boot space cover needs to be removed , actually there should be magic seats option for all varient should be there, sunroof missing. 

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

Great, you can't  compare i20  elite with it.,only because of its performance of cvt gearbox with paddle shifters. You will have this  features only in top brands like Mercedes-Benz, audi. You will remember gla when you drive this automatic. For jazz petrol this is best model to buy only one lack more for automatic than i20 asta. Actually in D mode you can use paddle shifters, when ever you brake car automatically comes to D1, but sometimes we need to slow down speed not only by breaking but by using_ve  sign paddle shifters using it like gears. In Scotland mode we can drive it manually by using paddle shifters as gears. 

Ride Quality & Handling 

 Great ride quality, but need wide tyres bigger wheels. Comfortable suspension. 

Final Words jazz 

 auto is best and it is future.   Drive this automatic and see what we were missing from years. 

Areas of improvement   Big wide tyres, 205 mm, alloy wheels 17 inch ,  sunroof, good seats, bigger or turbo engine ,  good back seats like city , led projector headlamp, speed sensing door lock, button start

Exterior Its surely a Headturner, and I have the Golden Brown colour. It surely looks like a very expensive car.  Read some review that the front end does not have an Engine guard at the bottom, but my car is having the Engine Guard at the bottom side, Seems like Honda has started providing the same for the newer cars.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very spacious. Have all the basic features in the S CVT, but its enough if you are not a gadget freak.  Music system is good, but miss the CD player. The rear seat has such a huge amount of leg space. It surely surprises you from the inside, as if you are sitting in an Innova. The head room, leg room is something which will surpise you, since it does not look that big from outside.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Very silent engine, and superresponsive. While on the highway, just a firm push on the accel, and the CVT shifts to lower ratios, and the car zooms ahead like anything. Very stable on high speeds of 100km and above. Glad i bought this car.

Ride Quality & Handling Steering is very smooth, the suspension seems OK, nothing to complain of.

Final Words Go for it. It's an amazing piece of Engineering marvel.

Areas of improvement Horn is sufficient in trafific, but not very sure how effective on highways.

Exterior Nice looking. Premium look.  Front  view is similar to Honda city model.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Provided lot of interior facility which includes reverse parking camera, Touch AC, Blue tooth connectivity etc. There are so many cup holders inside the car. Also there is a provision for placing smart phone the dash board or in the door itself. Both the front seats are adjustable to convenient of passenger. Driver seat height can be adjusted very easily with less effort.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Smooth and silent running engine. Good mileage both in city(17.5 KM/lit-Petrol) and highway(20.1 KM/lit-Petrol).

Ride Quality & Handling Good ride quality. Comfort for travelling.

Final Words Best buy in the hatchback segment. Value for money.

Areas of improvement Spare wheel is smaller in size. may be equipped with R15. Or this option can be given to customer. Price still can be reduced by Rupees 60,000.

Lot of space in every where. Even Boot space is more when compared with Maruti swift Dzire.Spare wheel is smaller size

Exterior

 the exterior is very matured and has a very sporty and well plantedd stance. gives a big andd strong car feel. somehow a premium company like honda is not offering mud flaps as a standard fitment which didnt feel good otherwise it was a good value for money. 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 feautres are not out of the world nor futuristic compared to a hyundai but whatever is given works good. the infotainment display is very cheap looking was expecting it would be more refined and we cant upload more than 3 wallpapers that too only of a particular resolution of jpeg. the music system is decent and phone connectivity is decent too but not great. would have been nice if given a bigger glove box and a cooled one.

space should never be an issue in jazz as there is ample space and you would be surprised at the airy feel of the cabin especially the front seats are like recliners and offer good support and comfort.

when it comes to comfort car is very comfortable and there is very less road noise and the auto ac works very good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 the engine is very good and typical honda like very smooth, no noise, instant start, great power overall a very refined motor.

fuel economy for a cvt car the jazz cvt is decent enough and when driven with a light foot it gives great mileage. i get around 13-15 in city conditions and on highway i consistently get 17-19kmpl with ease. but if u use it in sports mode it will drop to as low as 10kmpl in city and 15kmpl on highway.

the gearbox is super smooth and slick. as with any cvt there is a slight bit of rubber band effect but once u get momentum it is next to nil. the paddle shifters are good to use especially if u need to overtake in D mode or if u want to upshift earlier but then again depending on your accelerator push the car decides the best gear ratio to get maximum fuel efficiency and good power.

Ride Quality & Handling

 ride quality is smooth and decent so as handling. very stable till speeds of 135kmph which i tried till now and it goes with ease without any signs of strain on the engine.

there is a bit of body roll but only if u drive rash and irresponsible. 

Final Words

 a great car and value for money. perfect if u r looking for luxury in the 10lakh range.

Areas of improvement  

 the plastics need to improved. installation of eco systems like start stop system and button start with cruise control which will be in line honda earth dreams of fuel efficient vehicles. music system and display can be improved a lot in line with honda's qulaity. need to get better headlights like led or xenon projector , DRL'S.

Exterior Great Styling.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Feature wise the product is well and upmarket, Great space and can easily fit 5 with comfort and has a great luggage compartment for a vacation. Comfort is really great.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engline performance is too sluggish. Feels very low on pick up. you dont feel like revving the car beyond 120 kmph as you would feel the engine. The AC is poor for the size of the car. Cannot keep the car cool at 35'C as you would still sweat. on a regular city drive the car is really great as it gives you a great milege and on highway if you can drive it at a speed of 80-100 kmph then you can get milege of more than 21KMPL. Suprising but thats the fact. You will hate the car at Ghat Sections with traffic behing you honking. Not sure about diesel but petrol performance at these locations is bad and even more bad if you are driving with AC on.

Ride Quality & Handling Amazing ride quality and handling. Its nothing less than a civic. Just mind blowing. A Family car and not exactly a car for youngsters with love for some action.

Areas of improvement Engine performance. I am a user of swift and punto and i thought punto lacks power but this car lacks even lesser that punto.

Space, Styling and Car ControlSlow pick up. Car does not like speeds beyond 120 kmph

Issue with AC cooling, back seat people does not feel that the AC is ON. My old Maruti 800 has better cooling than Jazz and Honda service manager told me that the cabin space is Maruti 800 is small so you get better cooling but Jazz has bigger cabin so the cooling will be less as compare to Maruti 800. Another issue, infotainment system is not working properly. Lots of issues with Bluetooth connectivity. Also I had fuel meter issue, meter will work only if I fill more than 25 liter petrol. This may be specific to my car. Service is really pathetic. they dont care on your issues. they dont have any escalation matrix, you have only emailid and customer care number to contact Honda.

This is an amazing car..!! This car performance is much better...i had never drive like jazz...with better experience i am sharing youu. This car is veryy good choice for the this kind off budget.
