ARYA Honda people are BIG LIARS. They promise you something & don’t deliver anything. They made me cancel the ETIOS which I had booked earlier & gave me an offer for JAZZ Select at 6,78,000/- with Bank finance. After canceling the ETIOS & promising me a better deal than Apex honda where the Jazz was available at that point of time, I went to Arya Honda with the required documents & booking amount to close the deal after which they tell me that there is no Jazz available.

Since it is not available at that discounted price anywhere I am left with nothing but a feeling that I have been cheated & betrayed by a company with good reputation such as HONDA.

 

It was Arya honda's duty to check the stock before committing to the customer who trusted them. I sincerely hope no one has to face such a HORRIBLE situation in blind faith. The sales person who is responsible for this mess is Mr. Ravi kumar. My questions to him & the manager Mr. Girish regarding their commitment was left unanswered with frivolous excuses. Their attitude was totally indifferent as if they have not committed any mistake. Whats worse is that there is no co-ordination between the management & the sales people about the offer .

 My Budget was maximum Rs. 7,00,000. After which they were trying to pacify me to buy their Jazz 2009 demo car, another higher end Jazz & the Honda city which were beyond my budget.

 

Any apology from Honda will do me no good since I have lost out on a very good deal. Honda makes good driving machines but I guess the HUMAN touch is missing. In future Honda should be very careful before appointing any dealer on their behalf since their reputation is at stake & this Dealer does not care a damn about the customer.
