The Civic should ideally be in the C segment. There is no doubt about it. It is as much a chauffeur driven car as a self driven one. The power experienced and comfort in driving the vehicle is understated, and I sincerely believe that the vehicle has been deliberately kept out of the reach of C segment buyers, although it is not justified. However, it is the best compromise possible for borderline buyers; a C segment car with the D segment feel, in terms of price, comfort, and affordability. It is not as expensive or as powerful as the Mercedes C Class, but has the class of a D segment vehicle. Spaciousness is legendary; however, riding comfort in the back leaves a lot to be desired. In other words the suspension needs a bit of reworking.
