BAD EXPERIENCE AND WRONG PROMISES

We bought the car last month, the car is good . However we were not disclosed the fact that they did not have the 2nd key. The car had alignment issue , which we pointed out. So they got it fixed. After one drive , we were suspicious about the details of the car,, so we did a check up. the report stated coolent was low , engine oil low., stepney had a puncture, not enough tools. Back door lock issue , central light issue , break panel was not upto the mark. side mirror were not operating automatically. when informed again we have to give them the card , they delayed picking up the car for 4 days . Than they kept for 2 days. wrong information given by the sales person , that he picked up the car at 5.00pm and it took them 4 hours to fix the mirrors. he took the car to andheri and came back within 2 hours , with such traffic and he drove at 130 kmph . How is this possible? so we spoke to the owner sunny ,he said that there was no work done by them , so mis match of information and also stated that the car did not go anywher. So now it was proved that shoab the sales person was lying and was caught red handed. AGAIN THE ALIGNMENT ISSUE HAPPENDED WITHOUT A DRIVE, SO THE OWNER REFUSED TO ACCEPT , SO HE TOOK A TRIAL AND FOUND WE WERE TELLING THE TRUTH, SO AGAIN THE CAR HAD TO BE KEPT WITH THEM , THIS TIME AGAIN 3 DAYS. WE ARE SO ANNOYED BY THIS DEALER , WE DO NOT RECOMMENT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AND ALSO THE 2ND KEY HAS STILL NOT BEEN GIVEN AND THE OWBER HAS CONTINUED TO GIVE WRONG PROMISES. i HOPE YOU ALL LEARN FROM THIS AND DONT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER.
