Very lethargic after sales service

Not happy with the after service.Car was lagging while driving so had asked Honda service center to send a technician to have a look of why car is not running smoothly.So the technician Mr Avdesh Patel comes and sits in the car and without even driving it he said that car is working fine.I mean this is highly insensitive from a company like Honda.After insisting him to take a test drive and check why the car lags he drives a bit and again does not listen to customers grievances and tries to prove his point right.This is really not expected from a company like Honda.You can inbox me for further details
