Honda All New City [2020-2023] User Reviews

I Purchased Honda City in August 2021 from Sundaram Honda, Nandanam, Chennai with a hope of enjoying this as a good var. But my thoughts were in vain. Right from the first day my driving experience was horrible. AC not working, Bad plastic smell inside the car causing skin allergy .Interiors are not good, Leg mat is worst design, Driver seat is not rigid-it is getting shaky while driving and its position changes automatically. While putting seat belt, the rear boot door is opening automatically while driving. It is very difficult to open the Petrol knob. The mileage is very poor-mileage is 10 kms only per litre during long drives, In city condition it is giving 6.5 kms only. Today fuel gauge also is not working, I put 9 litres petrol but fuel gauge showing no Petrol. All the issues highlighted to the Sundaram Honda Sales Person, he did not give any solution. One day he asked to come to service. I went to their service centre at Nandanam, Their service personnel told that all the above problems can not be solved, this is not their responsibility. Once car is sold they will not take any responsibility and not even interested to highlight this issues with their higher officials and Honda City Car maker. Even they have not done 1st service also. I given 1st service to Olympia Honda. Earlier I was using Nissan Sunny Car-Diesel , it was giving 25 kms per liter after 8 years also. Now I fed-up with this Honda City, even I am thinking that to sell off this Honda City because of their no service and no customer satisfaction after sales. I request this car maker also should note this problems and solve this issues if their dealer fails.

Nice car with economy and comfort ride. Good for long ride not compensating the comfort. No back pain. Spacious and more leg room. Trunk is more spacious. Got the red color but waiting is there.

My old car (Chevy beat) completed 8 years and i was waiting for the all new city to be launched and finally its out i.e. in July. I went to the showroom and the salespeople themselves were excited to have the all-new city with them to propose to their customers (being one of the best in its class). The first look of the car exterior and interior were mesmerizing (much better than the online videos) and the very next moment i was like this is it and go for it. I had previously checked out Verna which is features rich but believe me once you see and drive the All-New City you will forget Verna. I drove the V CVT model during my test drive and made up my mind that i will go for the same model. This base variant itself has all the required features that practically makes more sense to me than the top model of Verna. The best feature of this base variant was the paddle shifters. The drive with the automatic is superb but having the paddle shifters to control the revs is awesome!! I loved the drive and ready for the booking (maybe this weekend). My view - If anyone looking to buy a Sedan around 13 - 15 Lakhs, just blindly go for All New City.. thats all i can say!

It's just awesome to drive. Go for sedan if you want a car and buy a rickshaw (compact suv) if you don't want comfort. Driven just 200 km and already in love with ivtec engine. OMG it is so smooth.

Honda City is best sedan car which gives you best driving comfort, stylish look in both interior and exterior, I love the boot space of the car. It gives to lot of comfort to people who are seating back, so we can travel for long distance with lot of comfort.
