Exterior Nice, but not as attractive as Hyundai Varna. Further improvement is possible.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space and comfort is best in class but some featuers pinch you on every ride like. Toxic smell (even afetr 10,000 KM, smell was there, fortunatly it's gone after 10 months).
Ground clearance.
Pick up - initial pick up is very bad.
Engine Noise - As compaired to Maruti Dzire cabine noise is high.
Side View Mirror - Hyundai is offering Power folding side View mirror in I 20 and Verna. Even reflector is not provided on 2nd top model.
Music System: - Sab standard. Need imrpovement
Tail Light: - LED type light should be provided.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good engine performance but lacking in initial pick up.
Ride Quality & Handling Excilent ride and handling is very easy.
Final Words Good Car but can be better.

Exterior
New city has excellent exterior, it looks like Verna model, looks great, it would be great if they are providing alloy wheels in all the segments
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
It has Excellent interior, You have sufficient boot space, Rear AC system is great, and dashboard looks stunning, must say one of the best interios in the recent times, Music player and sound system also really good
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Completely satisfied with the Engine performace and Fuel Economy, Gear is bit difficult intially guess it will be same for all the cars, i have tried max speed of 140 and car has no issues, going very smoothly
Ride Quality & Handling
I really liked the quality of the ride, it is not giving any discomfort
Final Words
Definately one of the best cars in Honda City, 4th Generation City will be the best in all the generations, Verna will find extremely difficult to match with the new HondA City.
Areas of improvement
Foglamp, Reverse Camera needs to be given all the variants, as this became mandatory, ground clearance also has to be improved.
But I love this car

Exterior
Exterior wise the car is good. Although I liked the previous front grill they had in previous honda. Still it looks superab in terms of looks
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Spacious and comfortable inside. Boot space is really good. Especially the touch system for air-conditioner is very elegant.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Reverse gear shift is hard due to incorporation of 6th gear. Engine noise is high within the cabin.
Ride Quality & Handling
Ride quality is good but not as good as previous petrol Honda cars.
Final Words
Honda definitely needs to improve on noises within the cabin. Otherwise with the new features like Cruse control and Bluetooth connectivity, airbags in all variants they are definitely looking to capture the market, it’s just that small corrections they need to make at their end to be market winners.
Areas of improvement
The in-built deck needs improvement; within three days of delivery of the vehicle my display got lines. Engine and horn noise within the cabin space is really high.

Stunning Looks.... Impress every one !!
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Best Interiors. Quality of interiors matches the Honda Class...
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
It gives 18 when driven on higways with full summer AC on and 21 when driven on highways with pleasant wheather and moderate AC use... City Use with full AC, it gives 9-12, depends on the congestion, stopping and braking... It may be noted that I am using the top variant Automatic Petrol Car... VX CVT
Ride Quality & Handling
Ride quality is quite immpressive with good pickup even when driven on eco-on mode... Paddel
Final Words
A Great Car with perfect Value for Money !! Value for moeny in terms of Brand, quality, performace and re-sale value !!
Areas of improvement
Options to program Central Locking should be given with more user friendly options... All locks does open on the single attempt to unlock the car !! I would be great if two option be given 1) open driver door 2) other doors !!
Smooth Drive, Fuel Economy, Best Style in its ClassLow Ground Clearance, Not very intelligent Central Locking System in India

Overall good and comfortable if you are a calm driver Not that zoooom feeling.
Final Words
I was saisfied with car till 2 months of purchase, thenafter my front suspension started producing noise. Ivisited Landmark honda Jamnagar, They checked and told me not to worry and asked for 2-3 days to diagnose the problem. I kept my car for three days, the issue was solved and i brought my car. But again after 2 days the noise started again when i talked to dealer they again asked to bring the car. My place is 160 km away form the nearest dealer and i already visited 3 times for same issue, still they are not able to diagnose the problem, No responce of my mail on Lanmark honda website. I already wested diesel of rs 4000 for the issue which the honda engineers not able to solve.
Areas of improvement
Honda should appoint competant staff and should improve after sales service.

Exterior
Good looks but the build quality is horrible. The metal Starts rusting from all corners after few years as if Honda has provided the crap metal and coating. My Honda started rusting from doors, Boot, Under body, small points in Boonet.Really sad quality by Honda. My 5 years Linea has not even single point of rust.real trust Europeons on this quality.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Nice and roomy but long term the exterior will start eaing interiors.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Good and no doubt about it.This is only the saving grace for Honda.
Ride Quality & Handling
Not bad but weak suspension
Final Words
I dont think the car is only engine. There are several companies making world class engines and Honda is not only the greatest.Over the period of time I have realised that its good FE is at the cost of metal thickness and quality.I cant think of keeping a Honda for more than 3-4 years or face rusting horrors.
Areas of improvement
Honda has to work harder to improve the metal quality as seen in Europeon cars with sturddy rust free metal.

Exterior
Not a major change when compared with previous 3rd gen Honda city. Its just a facelift. However, the rear tailight looks elegant but should have come with LED tail lights & Turn Indicators
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Feature: Lot of add on's to the 4th Gen city when compared with prev Gen. Honda has learnt it from there close competitors in the likes of Hyundai Verna & Fiat Linea.
However, considering the price paid, the City Car lacks some of the Features which others competitors offer such as, DTRL's, Cool Glove Box, Telescopic Steering, Bigger Tyres, Remote for Audio System.
Space & Comfort: Interior space is good. Especially, the rear seat. However, the width should have been slight bigger by around 30mm which would have made more comfort to the rear seat passengers.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Honda's i-vtec is a gem of an engine. Its infact a proven engine. Its a Rev happy and more refined engine when compared to its competitors.
Fuel economy is almost good but not great. The mileage is around 11 to 12 in city driving conditions with AC
Gearbox is smooth and no jerks
Ride Quality & Handling
Ride Quality is good and stable at normal speeds (until 110). However, at 130+ the handling is not that good. This is mainly because of Skinny tyres (175/65). One needs to upgrade to 195/65 or 205/65 to get more stability. Also, the kerb weight of the car is reduced when compared with prev gen city. The lower the weight, the vechile becomes unstable at higher speed.
Suspension is good but it should have been slighlty better.
Final Words
Honda City is a good buy but not the best. Considering the pros & cons which every car has, I can tell in one word as "GOOD".
If honda pays more attention to some of the cosmetic changes to interiors & exteriors along with bigger tyres and more Kerb weight (More Metal / Iron guage to the Charsis), it can way way ahead of other cars in the category and very tough to beat.

This is mr 3rd Honda City after the 1st Gen 2001, 2nd Gen 2005 and now the 4th gen 2014. The car has improved in all areas from the 2nd gen car.
Very unlike Honda, I am experiencing some teeething troubles with the car. There is a rattle in the dash board wich could not be rectified by the dealer. The auto door lock sensor goes crazy sometimes and keep locking/unlocking the car over rough roads and bumps. I am among the first few owners when it was launched and this could explain the teething troubles.
The centre arm rest is not mush use and a slider versions ( like the civic ) would be useful. Seat Back pockets are sorely missed in the V grade. 16" rims with 185 tires would be ideal and look nicer.
Space, Ride & handling, Steering feedback, Drive& Engine, Fuel efficience are all great and already much discussed.

Exterior A very stylish looking car. Not much change in the front but exterior looks are too good. BMW like tailights, creases along the body give it a contemporary look.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The new city scores really well in this department. Ample space in the front and rear. Leather seats make things comfortable. Powerful AC and rear Ac vents cool cabin very easily. Only seat height seemed to be the issue. If seat cushion is high, your head might touch the roof, with seat down visibility isn't all that great.
Features are segment leading. Touch AC, infotainment screen, rear camera, sunroof, bluetooth telephony, rear AC vents, keyless entry. The list goes on and on. The top end is really well equipped and features are more than an even an Altis.
All these features really go a long way in delivering immense satisfaction.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is the most powerful in class. Acceleration is terrific and overtaking is a breeze. Early to comment on fuel economy but driven sedately, it can easily give 12-13KMPL and 16 on highways. Petrol prices going down helps keep costs in check.
Gearbox is precise.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride is decent. Stability is good. The city cleared some big speedbreaker tests where even my brio tends to hit.
The one correction honda never made with the car is to upgrade the tyres. 175 section MRF tyres dont add to grip. Otherwise the car would have been quite an enthusiast's car. The tyre noise is also quite audible at speed.
Final Words The city is a terrific car to own. It has the looks and features and I would prefer this to even a D segment car like Altis/Elantra. For a budget of 10-11L, you just cant go wrong with this car.

Exterior Good Exterior, Nice Interior, very comfort in driving. If you are lucky & Blessed by God then there might not be any problem.
If you have ordinary luck & you buy Honda then they will bring Blood as tear in ur eyes. Honda never except that their product have corners for improvement so there is no use of approaching customer care.
I had already provide feedback on sun roof exploded, Now wat I am facing is 3rd time AC cooling duct failure, One time service centre took pain to repair it (Thanks to myself that I have taken extended warranty) second time I was lucky that it starts own it own after one day breakdown. But again same problem. AC is not effective in cabin. I met few customer of Honda City they face same problem.
AC cooling duct (hope I am using RT word) has been changed in their car also, I came to know that Honda City is having this defect/Problem(Quality) in AC ducts in this segment other segments are OK (I don't have any concern about other segments. I am sharing mail ID of Honda Japan customer care customersvc4@spirit.honda.co.jp
Request you to always make cc to this mail ID. Might be in future they take concern of customer complaints.
Thanks.
