Buying experience was smooth - bought from Perfect Honda, Kochi, Kerala. Compared Mahindra and Tata SUVs before finalizing on this. From the front it looks like a large SUV, from side a hatchback and from behind a minivan. From the overall look, a sleek car and never say that it can accommodate 3 seating rows. Driving positions are good, even traveled in 3rd low - similar experience as in Toyota Innova. Had the window visor installed and never had issues with rain water falling inside.
Went with standard accessories and not over loaded with all - as I felt the additional accessories are too much crowded on the car. Mileage in city gives me 11.5 km/l while on highway gives me 17 km/l. Had 2 services done and no much changes to the mileage.
Areas of Improvement Inner plastic quality feels lame, faux leather seatings should be improved to leather, telescopic steering wheel to be provided, tight gear shifts could be smoothent, a better navigation app or duplicate your phone map feature, Cons: when making a turn at a high speed, feeling less confident due to the light weight of the vehicle; when going through a sequence of smaller road humbs, feeling like I am loosing control on the steering (could be an issue with Michelline tires as I felt similar in other non-Honda cars), too light built quality, inner plastics are cheap compared to Honda cars sold abroad ( I have couple of Honda cars in NA).
Pros Mileage, outside look, smooth steering, comfortable 1st & 2nd row seating, can accommodate 7 passengers, low ownership cost, and Honda brand.
