Before buying this car consider my review. I’m a proud owner of the Honda Amaze and bought in mid 2022. Car looks and feels good with sharper design and led lights. Ride quality- The tires provided by OEM is making the suspension feels so hard and doesn’t have a good grip while making turns. Huge body rolls can be felt when you corner at 50-60kmph. Replacing the tire with some softer options and the increasing the width of the tire might resolve this issue. Road noises are more imminent at high speeds Engine & Transmission- Honda’s i-vtec is a gem of a engine which is reliable and if well maintained can age like a fine wine. The engine is refined and the CVT makes it a wonderful experience to drive it in the city. Occasional lags can be witnessed when trying to overtake or making a quick manoeuvre. The addition of sports mode gives you a partial control of shifting the gear manually with paddle shifters and makes it engine eager for more power and throttle. Definitely not a good highway car if your are planning to take it outstation often. Mileage - I’m more of a city user and for me in bumper to bumper traffic it gives a solid 10-11kmpl. I commute to office everyday which will be 40km to and fro in heavy traffic almost at all places. Good to get such mileage considering it is a cvt and 1.2L 4cyl engine. Service. - Service costs can be a bit expensive but when it comes to reliability and spares, nothing can replace Honda’s brand service. Interior- The part which I hate the most is the fit and finish. Doors, windows, glove box, rear armrest all feel very fragile and doesn’t match with the Honda’s quality standard. Features- Not much to add, but we get all essential features. Wired connectivity for mobiles is due to the privacy and safety up keeping. Honda’s infotainment system is par below average and doesn’t provide any excitement to use it. Safety - the car has 2airbags as standard and it is built on ACE body structure which was seen in Jazz which is a global car. So nothing really to complaint about safety as long as we drive it responsibly. Concluding my review- a car for predominant city use, no nonsense tech and unnecessary feature. Great reliability and value in used market also. If you are seeking something different from a cab and get a comfy car then consider buying Amaze
