    • DO NOT BUY NEW HONDA AMAZE

      My understanding like every Indian was as a brand name HONDA was good. This myth broke when I purchased a well hyped NEW HONDA AMAZE from Harmony Honda Chandigarh. When purchased the new car it has problems like not good average ~12, reverse gear sound issues, gear stucks etc. But the major problem found was with the car stereo it was not connecting for outgoing call to any phone. I raised the complain number 1-13151527931 & 1-12843526306 at HONDA customer care 121 & dealer end on 14th june in a hope that HONDA as a brand will rectify this & resolve this.

      After that visited multiple times Harmony Honda chandigarh showcasing the issue with their teachnical team. Then starts the round to showcase issues with their vendor called Alpine at sector 35 Chandigarh. Everyone acknowledged the issues & just eveyone wrongly intimating that it will be replaced soon in 1-2 days we have done mails to HONDA.

      Now when we are connecting to their customer care they are saying it will take time, One person saying 20 days, other 30 & finally when I spoke to GM harmony honda Jaswinder surprised that he never heard about the issue which was running from last 1 month & raised by me. Not sure what is the work after sale if they are not even knowing what issues are raised by customer after sale. He said it will take 45 days. I told everyone to give me in written over mail but no one responed till date with at least tentative date.

      Another point if as a customer you look for after sale, you will be left with third party customer care, dealership who does not have direct connection with HONDA cars INDIA. No one from HONDA will connect you. They will never come to picture. Pathictic service post sale. I want to share this to all who even think about HONDA brand. Be careful & share this at least to stop someone to go with HONDA in future.

      I lost my pataience today after 3 months completly following up the fake promises given by HONDA. NOW I am planing to file a consumer court complaint against harmony honda chandigarh & HCIL.

      DO NOT BUY HONDA #Donotbuyhondaamaze

    • heavenly underpowered Amaze

      The car is hugely underpowered and loses power on a bit steep altitude, the car is extremely boring in pick up when u move from 60 to 100 km, not expected from Honda. Try avoid to buy Amaze as it is a heavenly underpowered car. Tried to write to Honda but there is no satisfactory response . pathetic experience.

    • This car is under-powered

      The pick up of the car is very low. We will struggle to go smoothly on steep roads. If the road is too steep, the car may get stop. Once it gets stop and off the engine on the steep slope, it is will be very difficult to start and move once again. I took the car to the showroom and reported this issue of stopping and getting stuck on the steep area. They said that they scanned the car and found no fault with. But the problems remain as it is. This car is underpowered. A/C vent at the front-rear seat came out. It is a common complaint of Amaze 2018.

      Seat belt is not working properly . Need to replace but part not available. I have to wait and parked for 10 days. Very poor service from Honda, Seat belt problem is a manufacturing defect

    • Poor stiff absorbing shockers

      One thing is the shockers are jst below average as they do not absorb the shock cleanly you will find out a very stiff and harsh sound as if it is something broken. Shockers are poor in Honda new Amaze. It could be provided with a bit more of good quality. Small pot holes are also being felt as a very big ones and u will get a hard sound like takkk.

    • New Car stopped Abruptly in middle of road

      So i Purchased this Honda Amaze Smt From courtesy Honda Wazirpur New delhi in December 2018. And i wanted to say this is the worst product of Honda and it has been fooling customers around. Within a short Span of 6 months i have got pick up problems, Lubrication was done in my jumping jack rod because of some noises and majorly my car stopped abruptly in the middle of highway so got to know from Honda that it has got fuel pipe replacement problem. I am deeply hurt and is in rage because of the money that i have spilled on this car . Its takes years to build trust and any time in future i am not going to step my foot in Honda showroom. They are playing with customers as it takes a lot to buy a car for your family and in new car one cannot expect these problems. I even have a fear of taking this brand new car to outstations. Honda is pathetic and untrustworthy.

    • Mileage, Value For Money, Sedan Class!! Satisfied.

      Value for money!! Satisfied. I think Honda finally solved the mileage issue and got the formula to beat Maruti Suzuki. Ia m writing this review after driving 700+ KMs. Pros 1. Mileage: City: 14.5 KM/L Highway: 19 KM/L 2. Sedan class 3. Price is approx. 20k higher than Baleno but you are getting sedan features 4. Amazing interior 5. Handsome look Few things could have been better. Take it as cons. 1. Door quality 2. Suspenser Key Notes: 1. The pickup for 2nd and 3rd gear is low. Honda has done it deliberately to improve the mileage. 2. As you might have read in some reviews: That there is some vibrations on reverse gear. I actually found it in one of the test driving car. So I pre-conditioned with the dealer that I will test the reverse gear of the car, then you can tag the car in my name. They agreed. I tested two new cars and luckily there was no reverse gear problems. Conclusion: As mileage was my priority, I was confused between Baleno, i20 and Amaze. But I am happy that I got the mileage car with sedan features and the driving quality is also better than Baleno and i20.

    • Don't buy this eye catching sedan

      It's a bad decisions to buy this eye catching sedan. In performance it's not at par. In first & second gear very low performing. We have to study in detail before finalizing any car in future. This is totally failure of Honda like company. To keep faith in this company has to give option to switch over any other model .Hope will get positive response.

      For long drive the seats offers you some sort of back issues .And one of the major issue is with fuel pump which sucks your trips And rest of all the handling and performance is impressive But with the horn I personally dont like it And the design I loved it Cornering will offers you confidence But I personally comment for more power

      Great car from Honda with good and bold looks.....looks like just want to eat something It is very comfortable...looks like rich in class Engine is very silent....with good performance but mileage is bit low
