Avoid. Super expensive to maintain.

Buying experience: Poor. The car came with a broken arm rest, the headlights and tail lights were not sealed and have water and moisture condensation in the monsoons. Dealer said this is normal, I know its not, I have been buying cars sine 2000. I know what happens in the monsoons. Neither dealer, nor 55 minute call with VW India helped.
Riding experience: Its about Ok. I would say I pad 11 lakhs plus for this car which has similar ride comfort as 7 lakh Suzuki.
Details about looks, performance etc: Looks are understated and OK. Performance is very poor. I get very very low mileage on Petrol, around 8.5 in city. Its very poor considering its a 1.6 litre engine. My 3.2 litre Ford Endeavour has better mileage. It has never fallen under 9.6 in city driving.
Servicing and maintenance: Maintenance is exorbitant., Avoid this car only for the high cost of ownership. Every time I send it to the service workshop, they try to make a bill around 30k. Today I sent it (car's 4 years old), the service estimate is 28k.
Pros and Cons: Pro: It looks ok. Con: Very expensive to buy. Very expensive to maintain.
