worst experience with M/s Global Gallerie motors pvt ltd,Thane/ Mumbai for sales and withVolkswagen downtown /Shaman motors. SHAMEFUL for a brand like VOLKSWAGEN
Can continue with bad experiences at all levels .When purchased car shown leather steering but supplied with Plastic on vehicle.At service centre spares exhorbitantly expensive & sometimes unavailable,particularly foundation. service appointments cacelled or rescheduled as per convenience of service centre with no value for customers time ,effort.hyundai/skoda/maruti or any other manufacturer having better customer relations
