Need some Improvement

Exterior is super compared to every where Honda City and other cars in this segment.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) good feel on the front but conjusted at the back.

Firstly I was so happy that I booked a Vento and would buy a german car but my luck favoured the american I almost waited for 3-4 months but never got the car every time I call the dealer in bangalore he says problem in production of top end models, at last he himself has recomended me to go for CRUZ, mean while problems faced by other Vento owners added masala to my dreamcar. Please VW India dont Spoil potential customer like me. I was so proud of vento model that I had booked 3 more cars on my reference, I had to change due to frustration and the other 3 fallowed.

A Vento owner has to definitly adapt to his car by the first look because it unlike normal cars few good few bad, but the VW delears in bangalore are not adapting to the fast marketing skills like the HONDA & GM guys. Please some one at VW India fallow up with your customers who have booked a car.
