- 6 साल पहले | AshwinSo I purchased this suv in July 2017. It's been a good experience not great as such. 1. Tyre bulge at 11k kms. It happens in many vehicles but the shocking part was that the cost of a replacement tyre was 30k! 2. 1st service experience was good. Got the car delivered in a day. 3. At 22k kms the sunroof started leaking water in cabin. The car was at the service centre for 2 weeks. Service centre guys were totally unprofessional and damaged my seat while doing the roof repair. 4. 2nd service at 30k kms was expensive at INR 30k! And it was just a normal service nothing extra done. 5. Brakes failed at 33k . Cost of replacement of all 4 disks and pads , INR 40k! Seriously vw you know how to loot customers ! 6. Battery failed at 35k kms . Fortunately it was under warranty and got it replaced for free. Now I'm scared how much VW will charge me on 45k kms service.रेटिंग मानदंड(5 में से)5

The car is very good and the features that are given are really excellent like the sunroof and all-wheel drive the best part is the gearbox it is one of the best. Exterior Great looking, good built quality, finishing as expected from a german car.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Infotainment system best in class- touch screen is feather touch- loaded with features, apple car play and android auto, seats are heated , finishing of the whole cabin is at the best, middle row space is better than expected.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Same 2.0L TDi motor with 7 speed DSG, could have had a bit more power, the car still drives like a breeze, hopefully they bring the R-line version with 197 bhp, pickup is good, gearbox being a DSG is always a gem to operate for a volkswagen.
Ride Quality & Handling Handling is same is a car, dont feel you are driving an SUV, bit body roll on the corners.
Final Words Great product, just a bit expensive.
Areas of improvement Increase the engine output, bring in the european spec instrument cluster, and reduce the pricing will make this SUV a winner in market.

Exterior styling & build quality is fantastic. The car is well appointed with useful features. Love the Panoramic sunroof. Love the way it handles, stable both in straight roads & winding curves. Technology packed and drives wonderfully both in the city and on the highway. You don't buy a car every other day my recommendation is if you are planning for a Brezza or a Creata just look beyond may be another 10 lacs more but isnt it worth owning a German car and whcih is far less expensive than a BMW .रेटिंग मानदंड(5 में से)4
