Pathetic service from Goodyear tyres and vw.

The quality of tyres and Volkswagen services are pathetic. I bought the car and I got tyre of the company's choice; I did not have any choice in other. Now the tyre has a bubble after running for just 5000 Kms and I contacted the vw dealership. The attitude of the dealership was condascending and the attitude of the goodyear dealership was even worse. I was asked by vw dealership to visit the goodyear dealership in Rudrapur I.e., money tyres, when i went there, in front of me they they prepared a false report and sent it to the engineer who was supposed to come and evaluate the tyre merits and when I enquired about the same, the dealership pulled a sword on me and charged on me, I saved my life and got out the situation. When I contacted the goodyear dealership afterwards, they insisted that if I have to get my tyre checked I have to visit the dealership who thereatened me and charged with a sword on me, when I denied they asked me to get the tyre to vw dealership in Haldwani, when I gave my tyre there, the engineer due to his personal bias created because of my complaining to Goodyear and vw created a false report and denied my claim for warranty. I was given zero assistance whatsoever from Goodyear and vw. It is the most pathetic experience I've had in my life pertaining to cars and delearships.
